Fricken figures....On April 07 I ordered the GD Steering Wheel Emblem. I received my order on the 14th to discover....Yay, the sent me the wrong emblem. Yup, I got another GE/Civic/S2k emblem.

This has gotten rediculous. First I alerted them of the fitment problem months ago (on the second page of this thread), offered my assistance to make some templates. Which they never responded. Then they took months making the GD emblem and when they post it to their web site, they send the wrong one. In the middle of that I was supposed to receive some other decals to act as a replacement for the first emblem issue and never got them.

I'm just trying to vent, not be a jerk. In the long run I know that they are probably doing their best at offering a product no on else sells. I shot them an email and I'll see how they respond. Right now I'm out $24 it appears.

 

ya it sucks sooooo bad, so it is the same one as the old ones? maybe his wife just sent out the wrong ones. or the company that makes them for him made the mistake. either way it sucks and i wanted it to b done already too. i ended up just using some red vinyl behind the emblem to fill in the space bec it looks better anyways but still im dying to get the right size one too. but he better take off the gd one on the site before everyone ended up getting all the wrong sizes and there going to have refund a bunch of people or something

im sorry bud, i wish i culd have done something to help. i wish that he could have made sure they were the right ones before sending them out

I just got mine and I haven't checked it yet will do it when I get home the GF has the car. It probably won't fit like the rest you guys who has a GD3. That kind of sucks! plus he isn't even around until june to do anything about it or refund.

 

Ya it is but i have the test piece that exact to size behind the emblem so it looks ok until he gets the new ones

Sorry to stear away from the subject. But i received kine for ge. And confuse on how to install em. Just stick it on over the oem emblem?but it doesnt stick for that long. It curls in the sun.

 

Ya it goes right over the stock one. Use something else to make it stay like some kind of really sticky putty or some epoxy. I mean it isnt guna matter once its on its not like ur guna take it off again

man i tell u what, im soo pissed, i messed up my stock h emblem and need a replacement, now since decaldude is gone for a few months i have to live with a messed up h, anyone know where i can get a stock one? or does anyone know where to get a real jdm one that will fit?

 

Yeah, mine is kinda scuffed up too. I was thinking of mailing the emblem back to the seller with a letter explaining the issue. Perhaps his wife just dosen't know that there is a difference in the size between the two emblems. She obviously does not read the email. Plus, with her husband being deployed I'm sure she has bigger things to worry about. Personally I wouldn't mind getting a Spoon steering wheel but I don't want to have the air bag light lit up on my dash.

 

naw dawg dont get the wheel, do what i did, get a ep3 rear jdm emblem, its a hair bigger which is nicer but it will look stock because it will just stick right on over it, i ordered mine already and cant wait to put it on.

hey guys i am back finally, i am very disappointed that i came home to messed up stuff. as soon as i read the posts i went and checked and indeed the batch i was sent was not the correct size but the same as the old ones. i am sorry my wife had no way or knowing that, i will be in contact with the company i have make them tomorrow to try to get this straighted out. if you were one of the people who bought one please send me your paypal email address and even transaction id or date of purchase if you have that, i will gladly give everyone who bought one of them a refund and ensure that when i get a new batch they are correct.

again i really apologize for this, i just wanted to try to still give people products they would like while i was gone and never intended for anything to go wrong like that. please dont let it affect the way you see my business or customer service because i will stand by it and correct anything and everything that goes wrong.


but yeah i am back and i have my website back up, there are some changes and improvements. my computer did crash so there are some parts of the site that need to be fixed but that should be done soon. so please feel free to make a purchase and let me know if there are any products you would like to see
