How much did you pay for your Fit?
Just got a 2013 Honda Fit Sport AT Taffeta White
$15700+1500tax+300fees=$17500
Past owner of 2008 Honda Fit Sport MT Grey purchased Feb 2008 @ $13k before taxes w/5k miles. Car was loved and only serviced with synthetic oil while in my care. Having just picked up the 2013 this afternoon, quality of 2008 upholstery was much better but my love for the fits runs deep.

When we bought them...
My Fit -- 2009 Honda Fit Sport MT @ 50k miles -- $12.5k including tax
Wife's Fit -- 2010 Honda Fit Sport AT @ 22k miles -- $13k including tax
We got a wicked deal on my wife's Fit. It's basically brand-new, still had the new car smell until I put leather seats in. Now it smells like new luxury car. :P

Good one! I paid $16.8 + taxes/etc, total $18.8 OTD in California for my new 2013 Fit Sport Auto 2 weeks ago
probably over paid for mine but it was the only car i really wanted in my price range at the time.
2009 MR Sport w/ navi brand new for a little over $21K. Downed $10K at the .8% special offer. $340 monthly payments for 3 year term. Car has roughly about $3K (+-) left to pay. Can't wait till it's free and clear cause im passing this baby on to the next family member and getting me something new!!

I decided to lease my 2013 Fit Sport, not because I didnt want to keep it long term but because I have another car payment and the lease deal was to good to pass up vs financing. I would have got it for $18000 out the door (after tax and California fees) after tax if I financed for 60 months.
By leasing it for 3 years with the option to buy there is 1 major plus. That is if I want something newer once Honda delivers all these turbocharged cars in 2015 I can make a painless transition. My price was $19,700 out the door with a 3 year lease. I pay $199 a month
Ill pay $9,200 over the 3 year lease period total (I put down $1500 so $7700 remaining)
the residual is $10,500 if I choose to buy after the lease is up.
$19,700 OTD total for a 2013 5speed Fit Sport with 18 miles on the clock.

Got my 2012 Honda Fit Sport MT w 1675 miles for $16,500 OTD (TTL incl @ 9.5% Sales Tax) on 3/22/2014. It was a "demo" at the dealer and been sitting around for quite a while. If I remember right, the price before TTL was ~$14,700. I'm a very happy camper.
Now I need to write up my "wishlist" on mods...

2012 Tafetta White Fit Sport Automatic with 16,000 miles back in late December. Out the door price of 15,900 and 13,300 before taxes, title, registration, gap coverage and lien. Also came with aftermarket MOMO Revenge Anthracite rims, tinted, and door molding.
Have since added the Center Console, Kenwood DNX570HD Navigation, Dynamat in door panels, LEDs throughout the car including the fogs, Lamin-X on the fogs, de-badged, Aries 3D floor mats, Lloyd rear cargo mat, and a shark fin antenna.

Last Sept., closed a deal over the phone for my nephew in Boston. Signed, paid and delivered the next day.
2013 Honda Fit Sport Manual Model Code: GE8G5DEXW Polished Steel
Closing Price: $16,725 + $295 Doc fee +$75 License = $17,095 + 6.25% tax = $18,163.44 OTD
At that time Honda had $1,000 rebate promo so am sure the dealer made a minimum of $500.

Greetings all,
Joined the Fit family this past Monday.
2011 Fit Sport 5mt Black/Black Certified Pre-owned with 45K miles: $13K+TTL
The car is spotless, and has full service records. It is a lease return (I am assuming 3y/15k). I snatched it up within 48 hours of being inspected and offered for sale. Maybe not the best deal, but it is impossible to find a decently priced (sub $15K) manual in the Vegas area, new or used, that offers as much fun and utility as the Fit.

Sport, Black 5-speed. Ahhhh, if only my financial condition was better when I got my current '08, would've spent the extra on the Sport. Won't have that same regret this second time around.
Time to drive and enjoy.

Hi everyone, I'm new here. Not sure if it's ok to ask this in this thread. I just feel like the Fit really fits alot of my needs and found a 2012 CPO Fit with about 19k miles. The dealer has it listed for $13,100.
I'm not very good at negotiating and really dread it actually. What would be a good offer to make? Thanks

not sure which Malden you are writing from, but if you are talking about the one near Everett, Mass, USAA's used car buying service has that car listed at $13,900, and as "a great price" by their pricing structure. Do you have any access to a buying service that can trim some of the extra B.S. the dealer is likely to tack on? So looking at USAA's website, $13,100 for the orange sport Fit is a good deal, assuming I'm in the correct Malden area.

Thank you for the reply. Yes that is the car I'm looking at. I like that particular car for a number of reasons. The fact that its a Sport model, its a CPO, and the dealer is like 5 min from my house. I agree it seems like a fair price, but can I still try to get it lower? If so, how low do you think?
well, again, do you have any access to a credit union buying service (USAA, Navy Federal, local credit union)? Also, I believe that Costco is now doing used cars. See if one of them can intervene on your behalf. Otherwise, I think the car is a fair price as is. I would go in (as a neighbor) and negotiate with the intension of walking away. If they know this is the one and only car you have on your radar, you will get taken. If they won't budge on the price, again, as a "neighbor" I would get them to throw in free oil changes for life. Make them at least think that you are buying this car from them because you live 5 minutes away and they will be servicing the vehicle for life. Service is where dealerships make all their money, in addition to wildly marking up used cars these days. If all that fails, or if you want to jump on the car tonight, send an e-mail to their internet sales person. Every dealership has one and it is the cheapest person to buy a car from inside their 4 walls. Ask for his/her best out the door price and see what he/she sends back.
I too wanted this car and no other. However, I drove over 2.5 hours out of my area to get it because there are no good values in my high rent district. I also got mine from an individual owner, not a dealer; that way the person I was buying it from could tell me all about my Fit's history. It can take some work to find a great deal. Sometimes it takes getting on a train, or taking a good long ride to save thousands. Good luck, and let us know how it works out.

$13,100 sounds real good, but u can always work them down a bit, they usually own them for a couple thousand less, they definitely have room to go lower and still make a profit. I recently picked up a black 2013 Ge sport 5speed manual for $15,000 out the door brand new 13 miles on it,4 miles that I had put on it when I test drove it. Still thats a good price, good luck with ur purchace.
New Honda Jazz SV bought in Korat, Thailand. $22,300
Price includes tax, license, and 1 year insurance. 0% financing. The prices are a little higher in Thailand because of the taxes...and there really isn't any negotiating on the price. Best you can do is try to get free window tint, etc.
Love the new Jazz, and I feel okay buying one of the last ones from this generation because I really don't like CVT transmissions.
