I wish I never would have sold it. The 90-93 Accord EX should have come from the factory with that engine. So smooth and the H22 definitely had enough grunt to get my very gutted 2600 lb Accord moving.

Hard to say. It really boils down to how often you spray, how well your fuel system compensates for the spray, are you injecting the spray before the TB or direct into the manifold, etc. Depending on the answers to those questions and others, it could last a 100,000 miles or 10,000 miles. It's really up to you. With that in mind, I would guesstimate that the 50 shot would bump the power output of the 5 lb kit up to about 200 whp, so why not just get the 10 lb kit(when it's finally available) and have that kind of power all of the time without the reliability concerns?

Was wondering if the Jacksons could clear this up for those of us outside the US/Canada that are also looking at this kit.

If we have a JDM Fit/Jazz, will the newly designed S/C install without any issues? or will our smaller front bumpers create an issue?

We will confirm international compatibility once our production pieces our available. We will be sending these pieces to Rotrex partners throughout the world to check Right Hand Drive Fit/Jazz. We believe that we should have no problems.

Unfortunately, the kit will be available in North America only upon initial release. We will get out international testing complete, and then the kit will be available to all Fit/Jazz owners...

being from a family with members in the credit union/banking business, check out your local branch. Credit unions and banks have small toy/personal loans sometimes, and if you have good credit with them already and overall, along with other varying factors, you might be able to get the loan. I'd avoid credit cards, because chances are you'll get one with just enough for the card and max it out, and then if you pay over time interest could be higher on a CC then that of a personal loan from a local credit union, where chances are you have a more personal connect with versus that of Bank of America, American Express, etc.
It's all in how you want go about it - I mean, if you want the kit asap, and know you'll have the cash to pay it off in a say 6 months to a year, well alot of CCs have intro rates and no annual fees, so that'd be a good way to go about it. If not, I think, from my experience, a local bank/CU loan is better overall over time. Unless you have cold hard cash, there's always going to be finance charges unfortunately.

a credit card or a finance agency is your best bet, i work for a pretty large bank, and banks criteria is very stringent for loans. and they base it off of your credit in general, not JUST your standing with the actual bank. You could have perfect account history and they still may not give you a loan if you don't have the credit to back it up!

 

i agree. once we get a second car, this is my first choice, as they are my fav generation of accord. Either a jdm h22 or even a not-so-common f20b would be great!


as far as the 10lb kit goes...i dunno if the guy who asked has an auto or not, but us auto guys don't get the highboost app.

 

I recommend the 92-93's. That way you don't have to deal with the auto seatbelts or having to convert the distributor wiring, assuming you use the Accord harness. Internal coil vs. External coil issue w/ the 90-91's.

man.. i got 3 1/2 grand saved up. i put my car back to stock(cosmetic wise) just to buy this kit. im working mad overtime ....and im really anxious to get this kit.
