I'm keeping track of them in detail since i sold all my NA stuff already to get the upcoming turbo kits.
Hks japan sells a US version of their turbo kit.

It's not released yet....from what I have heard. Only 2 kits released so far, and both to HKS tuners that can tune the ECU's. HKS won't release to US till Carb per them.

But...lets keep this on track with the JRSC

Plus getting a turbo kit from Japan would cost me closer to 5k then the 3.5k suggested retail we would get a US kit for.

yeah you are right! no fit here in the US has a cvt. in fact, the generalized concept of a 'x-speed cvt' is silly, as there is no real 'gears' per say.

so technically, yes, the hks kit would prove to be 'interesting' to say the least!

In no way have we EVER stated that the kit requires removal of the A/C. We love our A/C and could not do without it either.

Intercooler would be a front mount. The intercooler upgrade requirements, pieces, price, etc. have not been announced.

so you're saying the 10 psi kit isn't a option for the US modes with automatic transmission. And am I understanding you correctly that the 5psi kit doesn't really need the intercooler. It must provide some degree more stability to the upgrade

The Base kit will not have an intercooler.
There will be an intercooler upgrade for the Base kit, but not upon initial release.

The High-Boost kit will not be available for Automatic Fits.

Another question would a 50mm exhaust be sufficient for the 5lb kit or would I be better off with the Skunk2 60mm?
