Question for texas fitfreaks... I was looking at Niko's DIY on painting the headlights housing, and I started to think like a crazy and wondered what if I painted the housings white? I'm getting my rims powder coated white this month... and if I matched the housings.... hmmmm. I'm trying to picture it in my head, but it might be too much. What do ya'll think?

Someone here could probably photoshop it for you, but my first response is...NOOOOOOOOO it would look cheap and bad. Yours is SSM, right?? I think you should leave the white on the rims.

But I could be wrong. But don't do it until someone gives you a preview.

Hey BlueCell...can you give me some more info on Kustomz Unlimited? I am thinking $250 is too much for the install but do want quality work with no noises/knocking suspension and someone that will stand behind their install. (I have neither the location nor tools to do it correctly myself...not anymore anyways)

250 is a decent shop price. Go try to get a quote at a well known place like jotech, it will definately cost more.

Thanks...it's been a while since I've had a suspension put on.

I was able to do it myself at a shop on my last car (EP), and so that means it's been about 10 years since I've had someone else put it on. But times have changed, inflation, economy, etc etc. Thanks for your input. I am expecting some money coming in at the end of this month, and next month--so I should be able to get it done then.

Yes, Redrumm...I have purchased SWIFT Mach Springs and need them installed--preferrably with no issues (no axle falling out, no clunking).

its easy man i will tell you. you just have to hold it and lean your rim against the rotor so it doesnt fall out

get someone to help you and 250 for spring install is a lot.

you might as well go to the dealer

Well...I have neither the place nor the tools to do it properly. And, I live in a small town (unfortunately...but it's where I got a job) and would rather not have these Honda hating rednecks working on my car.
I did think it was high--but I haven't gotten any other suggestions.

Also--you have access to UltraRacing bars?

Lower under braces, front strut (I know that I need to fab a bracket or something to move the brake res.)...not sure what else. Rear sway maybe?

Talking about that lip at the back? I think so too, but it would be worth it to me to have that much open space. I'm sure I could get like a cf piece or something to form into the gap to make it flow better.
