Same way up here... I decided to brush out the wooly furred little dog and watch crappy movies
all day.

 

Yeah, that's pretty much what I did as well with the cats here. Couldn't really do anything outside because of the rain and didn't want to do anything in the house... Played a BUNCH of Grand Theft Auto online though. I haven't wasted so much time playing video games since I played World of Warcraft a few years ago.

 

The 635 and Central area was the only place I would put on a helmet when I was going to ride through.. I've managed to avoid that area except for three times in the last 15 years..

Ive got a 2010 Honda Fit Sport w/nav, Orange, just absolutely love this thing, 55, 000 on it now, still drives like its new.

 

Hey guys. Been a while since I've posted on the boards, usually just lurking. I moved from Seattle to Austin in January and see if there were any meet ups that take place in Texas like there are in Seattle.

I've got a 2010 Black Fit that I've done a few things to. If you're in the North Austin area and see me driving around, give me a honk. I'll be the one with the HOLYFIT license plate.

I'm also thinking of getting a 2015 model, but undecided. Going to wait and see one in the dealer first.

 

Howdy to both of you! We don't really have much of a club here in Houston right now...The people who arranged all the activities seem to have moved away or gotten involved in other things/are busy right now.

theindiearmy, would you trade your current Fit in for the new one? Or buy another Fit?

That's cool. My gf is in Houston. We should get together sometime when I visit her.

I'm undecided about trading it in. Depends on how low of payments I can get. Right now I have about $7k on my current Fit, so I'd be in the positive if I traded it in. I have enough saved up though where I could just pay it off and be done with it if needs be.

Anyone have a recommendation for a tire shop in the McKinney (maybe Frisco/Allen/North Plano) area? I snagged some of the Tirerack closeout Conti DW's and need to get them mounted. Would rather support good business than random big box chain.

I think they are referring to the Grand Prix of Houston, which is for that peasant Indycar Series.

The Formula 1 Grand Prix is always in the fall.

No, the Grand Prix I'm referring to is in Houston this 3-day weekend at the Reliant Stadium I believe. I should be there Saturday and Sunday.

I have an extra Sport radio, air box, and a HFP axle back that is sitting in the garage collecting dust. I also have a 4th generation FreePower throttle body controller that is available for anyone who is interested... And possibly a Megan Racing (I must look around and check) and a OEM/stock header sitting around as well.
