Sprintex supercharger IS AVAILABLE!(GE8)
are they going to refund you ? and did the refund process easy?
The latest that I heard from Sprintex is that kits are being sent to the US facility and expected to be ready for dispatch in the next two weeks. It could be a nice Christmas present. This is from an Email that I received from Mark Ambrosiu after asking him about the state of the Honda FIT supercharger kit. Has anyone heard differently? Would RPM Extreme please chime in to confirm?

I thought there was several members who did this? I would think they would be chiming in a lot since the Company was holding their money. Who did they submit the deposit to?

I went to the website after the second e-mail seems someone else was ahead of me. I started thinking about getting a 2015 Fit when it came out but this seems like a good option.
The last of the 12 Honda Fit bits are on the big jet plane from Proreka Sprintex Supercharger. Everyone who put down a deposit, we'll get a hold of you regarding the remainder. Next week being Thanksgiving, I don't expect much action. When everything is ready to ship, I'll post pics. I try not to tease you and only post updates when the information is actually useful. (We're not shy. We're reserved .)

Only other boost option for the GE8's I found is Zage Turbo system . I contacted them it's 1200 bucks for the system . Zage Turbosystem Inc. - Turbocharger and Accessories.
No tuner with it so u would need Perfect Power tuner PerfectPower or AEM FIC

Do you guys still have 'extra' for the late people that want to buy? Or will we have to wait for the next 'group buy'?
I have a question in regards to throttle response. Will superchargers like this 'lessen' the throttle response on the fit's small engine? It requires approximately 15hp, so would the initial 'pull' be lessened?

Contact Sprintex directly to see if they have extras seems that they will have more based on their website.

this supercharger kit can be done at home if you trust yourself with the average alternator install and intake manifold removal.
I can tell you, when I removed my intake runners to find out more about them (port size, shape, etc...) it took me all of 10 minutes SLOWLY removing everything, and that counts marking down spots on a big piece of cardboard exactly where everything came out. I take no shortcuts when working on my still-warrantied car!!

I just looked up the address for SprintexUSA... Right around Edmond area.
Interesting...
I guess its a good excuse as any to drive down there (from Chicago area), visit someone i know going to school there.
Wonder if they'll get anymore, and how soon.

I don't know if Sprintex have extra supercharger kits. It would be silly to me for Sprintex just to ship only twelve kits to their US warehouse and not to have more available. Mark told me I can order the kit through him. Maybe the kit is not yet available through Sprintex dealer distribution channel. For most owners, at least for me the Honda Fit is a reliable grocery getter/daily commute beater econobox and not an enthusiasts' car. Sprintex has not really publicized about the US Honda Fit supercharger kit. Although Sprintex seems to be proudly making their kit known for the Jeep and the Subaru BRZ and it related Toyota 86 sibling. A bit more highway passing power and zip is what I am after.
Agree a increase in horsepower to the point where I need not do major modifications to engine, brakes, suspension and transmission. Because there is a price point at which I would purchase a more powerful car from the manufacturer that carries the factory warranty and built at the factory with any necessary modifications.
I have been looking on the web does anybody have a link to a site where you can determine the difference in performance based a car's standard weight and horsepower versus incremental increase in horsepower? Not sure if this is something that can be realistically done based on so many different factors.
