Yep, because after all of that time and money I didn't want to look at it again. Guilty.

Ordered Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 215/45-17 just like the last car had. $410 shipped with full replacement certificates!

Next up is wheels, taking wheels over to my painter for refinishing, and then extended studs, lugs, and spacers.

Is that good or bad? Don't tell me they stiffed you on covering the aftermarket parts.

Now that's a mod.

Replaced the crappy headlight bulbs after one went out, wished I done the retrofit by now... Gonna have to move it up on the list.

Got back from a 1200 mile round trip with about 500lbs of stereo equipment loaded in the back. The fit drove great, even with all the extra stuff. That was last night. Today I put in the sub I picked up over the weekend.

there's nothing wrong with Rota's, i've been running them for years now and have yet to have a single problem with them. The ONLY complaint i have is that the paint they use doesn't look as good over the years as some higher-end wheels do

here's a thread on getting your TPMS to work

You have to drive a bit first for the TPMS to check and then trigger.

Looking for ideas and maybe pictures of LED light strips added to the front area of a 2012 Sport model.

I'm not a big fan of putting a strip on the outside of the headlights. Inside the headlight mod is beyond my comfort zone.

The sport model comes with fog lights. In your opinion would a strip look good above or below maybe? not really convinced about this either...

There's the grill....and the air scoop between the the fog lights maybe...

I'm thinking classy.

So far my other mods:

Rear Wiper mod
OEM door sill garnishes
ECM reset.....did wonders. And the car only had 1000km.
A new licence plate holder. Painted the screws black.
Centre console armrest
Hood deflector

coming in the mail:

Honda valve stem caps

Amazon.com: Honda Valve Stem Caps - Blue High-End Quality: Automotive

Next upgrades:

VG Shark Fin Antenna

VG Shark Fin Antenna - Home

Classio seat covers from beans garage. All pvc. Maybe blue stitching?

Honda Fit - Honda Fit 09+ - Honda Fit Clazzio Seat Covers - Bean Garage

Window tint 35% all around.

AT gear selector. Leather w/ blue stitching.

OEM Honda Fit Shift Knob (A/T) - 2011 Fit Interior

E-brake leather cover w/ blue stitching.(think this would fit on a 2012?)

A&J Racing :: Interior :: E-Brake Cover :: T1R E-Brake Cover (Blue Stitch) - Honda Fit 06-08 (GD3)

Upgrade all speakers to Hertz.

HERTZ by Elettromedia - Special Car Stereo

Keeping OEM head unit for now. I'm thinking maybe later to upgrade to new Pioneer app radio

Looking into blue Caliper Covers even if the brakes are puny...any ideas on who makes these?

Cheers.

If you want to do a bar of LED DRLs, check out the Philips Day Light series. Same exact thing as oem on German cars, but apparently have a glass face, which could get broken. They are a bit pricey, but they are bright, functional, and white in appearance. I think a pair of the 5 LED model could look good if mounted in the right place. Still deciding where that may be, like you are.

I think your decision would have been much easier if you had my model of the Fit (Jazz)

Poor photoshop with DRL:
