I was thinking that... but googling it, seems to say that 2009 should've had it. maybe the info was retroactively added... even though the cars didn't actually have it.

Yep you're right. It's right there in my manual. Checked, and of course I'm missing the fuse. I'll pick up a 7.5 amp'er sometime. That's what you get when you buy a used car. It was the same for my reverse lights. They didn't work, checked the fuse box and there wasn't one there. I don't get it, maybe someone was pulling those fuses to replace others that blew, but I've never blown a fuse so...who knows. Thanks!

In the case of the DRL, the previous owner probably pulled it for other reasons. HIDs require pulling the fuse, otherwise, they'll come on as highbeam. Or maybe they just don't like the idea of DRLs.

There's no such thing as an OEM pinstripe. Dealers have guys come out and put them on to charge you more money. (I used to work for one)

Well, I followed Goober's circuit diagram and now am able to switch the daytime running lights off or on during the day, whenever I want. Why do I really want this level of control? I don't know, maybe I want to decide on my own when they are on or off. As they say in my sister state of NH, "Live free or Die". blah, blah blah

Man, when I saw mention of stains... my mind went off on a tangent. Adding children, I wouldn't worry about snacks... more about the "three P's" they can generate (pee, poop and puke).

Now, as for stains adults can make... I guess my Fit hasn't been christened yet.
