What did you do to your GE fit today?
I was thinking that... but googling it, seems to say that 2009 should've had it. maybe the info was retroactively added... even though the cars didn't actually have it.
First Fit fart huh? Congrats. It's now officially yours.
Yep you're right. It's right there in my manual. Checked, and of course I'm missing the fuse. I'll pick up a 7.5 amp'er sometime. That's what you get when you buy a used car. It was the same for my reverse lights. They didn't work, checked the fuse box and there wasn't one there. I don't get it, maybe someone was pulling those fuses to replace others that blew, but I've never blown a fuse so...who knows. Thanks!

In the case of the DRL, the previous owner probably pulled it for other reasons. HIDs require pulling the fuse, otherwise, they'll come on as highbeam. Or maybe they just don't like the idea of DRLs.
Yep lol. Took me over a week to mark my Fit. Feels good... Feels very good.
There's no such thing as an OEM pinstripe. Dealers have guys come out and put them on to charge you more money. (I used to work for one)
All done with the DRL topic. Back to the original intent of what did I do to the Fit today; Today I added a set of factory USDM visors. See my installation notes: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/1094281-post230.html

Well, I followed Goober's circuit diagram and now am able to switch the daytime running lights off or on during the day, whenever I want. Why do I really want this level of control? I don't know, maybe I want to decide on my own when they are on or off. As they say in my sister state of NH, "Live free or Die". blah, blah blah
yes very true my 15 month old daughter loves to do the same with any food she gets back there and her sippy cup
Man, when I saw mention of stains... my mind went off on a tangent. Adding children, I wouldn't worry about snacks... more about the "three P's" they can generate (pee, poop and puke).
Now, as for stains adults can make... I guess my Fit hasn't been christened yet.

I guess I really am the only one here who actually likes the OEM pinstripe and decals
