Unless you're on properly sticky tires, going through tires anything quicker than 30k miles is just silly.

Also I have a general question for everyone: How often do you guys go through (front) tires? I drive fairly aggressively (ex. taking turns hard, accelerating hard, etc) and I seem to burn through some rubber lol. If that's the price I have to pay for a fun car, that's ok, but I was just wondering if you guys experience similar results.
i still have my stock dunlops. granted i alternate between the blizzaks and them, seems to be not wearing at all. i did buy a tire depth gauge ill have to check em out.

I replaced my OEM Dunlops at 43k miles.

Probably would've got to 47k or so before reaching wear bars had I not wanted to not be a danger to all others on the road & myself in the winter.

2015 Honda Fit LX

I love my 2015 Fit. I am getting 25 to 26 MPG just stop and go City Driving. The Car only has 800 miles on it. My Only Complaint is if I do not use the car for 4 days the Battery goes dead. I measured the drain on the battery with the key off.I see a 155 ma. Drain. I have checked and that is quite normal for a car made today. The Honda Battery test 100%. I am thinking on putting an Interstate Battery if they make one that small in my Fit. It should have a Higher Amp Hour than the Honda Battery. If I have not driven the car I have been putting a 2 Amp charger on the car.

Not to blow you up since this is your first post. This is a GE thread (09-14). You have a GK (2015+). Please post on the appropriate thread/subforum.

Hi counterFIT,
make sure your alignment is good, especially toe setting, preferably
zero or just a tiny bit of toe in to help straight line stability if you use if for road.
and if you like to take corner hard, make sure you had a bit of negative camber like minus 1 to minus 2.
hopefully this will help you have longer thread life.

I'm about to go get an alignment done, thanks for the tip.

Thanks bro, I've seen people done this in orange; looks pretty sick. Your Fit is Red you might want to think about which color would go well with Red.

Also, you kind of owe us some pictures with your shuttle grille installed.

I think carbon fiber goes well with red

I've been thinking about taking some pics all weekend... just no time :/ it needs a wash and wax and then I need a good location lol but soon I will have photographic evidence.

New wheel setup. At some point I'll be getting some really nice tires. Thinking Star Spec II.

Good stuff man. I have some lowering springs I will be installing over the next week or two and was thinking of doing 17's.

Definately dont want to harm mpg or have an even harsher ride than described by a few others with springs and large wheels. Do you suggest this is true? I know its only been a day or two for your new 17's but has this impacted you as yet, if at all?

The circumference of your wheel as is is less than the stock sports w/185/55's correct?

These wheels replaced another set of 17" wheels. I had 17x7.5 Volk TE37'S then 17x8 Work Meister S1 and now these. So i have no idea on what mpg impact it has. If you want light go with a 15" or 16" wheel. These are about 15lbs per wheel

Hi Family Wagon,

I notice you had 3 small LED light beside each foglight.
May I know what kind of LED Light that you have there?
It looks oval from the picture, how do you install it on the black panel
(fog light housing)?
Thanks

Dang FamilyWagon....thought those Works were clean but those are more my style =) You going to be tracking it with those?

Also not nearly as exciting as everyones posts these last few days but I installed my CURT hitch so I could use my Kuat Sherpa 2 bike mount.

Also received and installed my Mugen rear view mirror cover (no pics yet).
