Speaking of brakes, my much more conservative EBC USR850s and GreenStuff pads are ready to go. Seriously considering upgrading to braided lines, but at the same time, I still want to start focusing on my interior. It's been neglected and abused for 5 years.

I have a leather steering wheel cover kit, but it doesn't stretch to cover the whole wheel no matter how much I try to stretch it. I thought that was a little weird for an OEM Honda product. It really makes me want to go another route.

Not a big mod but I ordered a bent shift extender today. I hurt my shoulder and after physical therapy correcting my posture 3rd &5th are a bit hard & still a bit painful to reach.

^ I feel you there. I haven't tried to drive a manual because of my shoulder injury. I could probably do it now, but no one ever taught me, and I don't know anyone with a manual car.

Also, I think bent shift extenders are cool. makes me think of old muscle cars with the four on the floor.

After exhaustive reading and investigation, I went ahead and ordered the Tein STECH Lowering Springs; should be arriving next week. Can't wait.

Half is true
The more socially acceptable one I'd say

They are good springs, I have had them about 3 months and I like how they feel. They are noticeable stiffer than stock but they won't brake your spine. haha

Hey Connor, If you are referring to the S-Tech they are 1.6 front 1.6 rear.

Btw, it seems like my wiper blades are not sitting on the right position. Does anyone mind uploading a pic to see how their wiper blades are sitting? I might use it as reference to realign mine.

Washed the car, prepped and began plastidipping the front and rear lower valences. Pics when I'm done.

Today I parked it for the beginning of it's takata air bag recall hibernation period. I'll be cleaning out the garage this week and putting it in there until at least June.

Got a little crazy with the prepping for overspray but whatever. Better safe than sorry.

Bought (1) can of black plastidip from homedepot. Washed the car, cleaned the areas I intended on dipping. Masked it off with blue painters tape and the brownbag type painters paper (also from homedepot) to protect the bumper/internals.

First time ever using plastidip, but familiar with painting due to my R/C related hobbies. Followed directions and put a "wet" looking 1st layer. 30 minutes between coats. Total of 4 coats, can says avg 3-4 coats for proper coat. Still have enough in can to do another coat I suppose, says it'll work for 5-10 sq ft depending on # of coats.

As another member has mentioned since theres no hard lines on the bumpers I had to basically do some detailed masking to get my lines straight and uniform. When it came time to remove the masking, I took a x-acto knife and traced/scored where my lines were so when I removed the tape it wouldn't lift the plastidip. There was 2-3 tiny spots where this started to happen but you'd have to look right up on it to tell.

We will see how it holds up. Considering doing the "FIT" emblem but who knows. Maybe a whole car dip is in my future haha.

Need to call Honda AMerica for this airbag nonsense tomorrow...=/ will hate not driving my Fit though...

As stated its 1.6 front and rear the drop is nice, its about a 1 and half finger gap on stock wheels. So it looks pretty good.

Replaced the coil pack + spark plugs.. I was getting some CEL misfiring codes and car was acting funny, it even stalled when COLD but everything is working flawless now and car feels like a new one.
