Received my Injen intake today. Looks like it'll be a piece of cake to install the short ram. Feel the filter is a little on the small side. May have to get a larger K&N replacement.

The short ram really is a breeze. The full intake was kind of a pain, but I feel like it was worth it lol.

I am on tien s. tech springs (1.6") all around and I have camber bolts at 1.75 degrees.I rub a little on my 16x7 +40 205/50/16 tires.

But I plan on running a 15x7 205/50/15 wheel and tire. Which is a 1" smaller diameter.

Right now I have .5 inch wheel gap. And with the 15 wheel & tire. it should add another. 5 inch. so 1" in total wheel gap. Hopefully that one inch gap will give me the clearance I need.

Haha should be more clear, I autocross the fit also. The car rolls some in the hard corners so it rubs. Normal driving is fine. The fender liner is alittle chewed up, I am thinking of trimming it where it rubs.

AHHHHH makes more sense now haha. I do not autocross, but could see rubbing the fronts if I were to drive hard enough.

I have heard mixed reviews. The CAI takes longer to install and I've heard the short ram performs or sounds better. We will see. =)

Lol. I think it's #3 on the list. Behind Oem arm rest upgrade and civic Si seat. Either way I wish I done it sooner.

Finished polishing the jdm rs headlights, just dropped them off to get the clear bra protection film. Also, fixed one of the broken mounts on the headlights.

Also getting my winter wheels plastidipped in blue..... Winter is coming.

I've got the whole front end torn apart and top end of the engine. Retrofitting Morimoto D2S X lens projectors into the car, adjusting valves, replacing seals, cleaning out dirt/mud from a rallyx, and installing a 2012 Civic Si steering wheel. The original steering wheel is disgusting and worn out. Had an extra Si wheel laying around.

Connor,

Is the clear bra a film or spray? I want to do what you did, because the factory UV film is peeling badly now. But all the diy films have a hole cut where the bump is, which completely defeats the purpose.

Where did you get the convex side mirrors? I have a convex rear view mirror but that still isn't enough for the blind spots.

In the same boat, getting my car detailed this weekend and they will be spraying my headlights.

I agree, the film that has a cut out for the bump is ridiculous...ok here protect 95% of the headlight...but not this area in particular.

Horn related note, anyone install Hella supertones or sharptones? I'm leaning towards the sharptones for their deeper sound.

Make sure you get the water proof relay for the super tones or they will only last a few months.

Got any info/link for this relay? Is it different than the one pictured to be included with the horn?

I did find a wiring diagram that shows running a 12v power to the battery, is it not possible to run it directly form the OEM horn power wire?
