The rims are nice thats for sure. My first set of premium forged, non-XXR/similar brand type wheels. Blue seemed like an interesting choice against the red....very superman...I was very skeptical at first but when I saw it in person it grew on me. The blue would look amazing against a TW Fit. Would've preferred bronze though

Nice purchase. One thing though, the Gram Lights are not a forged wheel. Still a really nice wheel, but that is why they cost less than Rays' VolkRacing line. The red looks really good when it is all clean, but definitely keep your TLC up on it to keep it looking sexy.

Just bought a JDM Fit Shuttle grille (upper and lower) from Yahoo Japan with help from xxxryu139xxx. Hopefully they'll fit, just gotta wait now.

Ah ok, thanks for the clarification. Well still...my first set of premium wheels nonetheless

Also I intend to clay bar and wax/polish the car despite the paint chips in order to keep it shining and as milano RED as long as possible to avoid the infamous milano PINK I've seen with the R81 color code.

I will probably run out and get a few quotes from reputable shops here in San Diego to see what painting and blending the fenders/hood/bumper would run me. If its an obscene amount of money, I may consider wrapping or plasti dipping the car as an alternative...but nothing beats a clean paint job.

Look forward to seeing it. I'm not a huge fan of the upper grill, maybe if it was black it'd be better and not sure what you mean by lower? Isn't that just the black/carbon piece that goes over that section of the front bumper that looks like the difuser that people normally just paint black (which happens to be on my to do list now haha).

What did the grill/lower run you? Maybe PM me

Yeah the lower is just the standard lower grille. The shuttle grilles were wayyy cheaper than the USDM OEM ones... $94 total without shipping

Yeah pretty sure it will. I got the 2012 sport bumper and the GG8 front grille (p/n 71121-TF7-003) if not well... that would suck

u wont be able to do that for the shuttle grill. besides the H is smaller than USDM one. the chrome grill will make it pop more.

Just my opinion but not a huge fan of the red badge. I thought it was supposed to represent type R or something, which our fits are definitely not.

Yeah I was leaning more towards no red badge for the front, I just don't know what to do about the rear now lol. I guess I could just leave it for now, I still have the OEM one.

Ah the shuttle one is different. Very shiny =)

I was thinking the mugen grill would look pretty pimp in black against the red.
