LOL service advisors.

The dealership charges what it charges for the service. This is not just your dealership, this is Honda, and that's fine. The thing is, they don't need to lie about it. If somebody asks, just say "i'm not sure what's involved but book rate for the service is X hours, so that's what we go by." I mean, I get it, you're trying to make sales so you can't tell the customers: "yeah this only takes like five minutes, we're totally ripping you off", but just avoid the question.

half hour of labor ($50-$60) plus parts ($30 for the filter with dealership markup) = $90. Labor is charged equally regardless of the amount of actual physical effort involved

I just washed mine on the way home from work because I haven't washed it for a month or more because of the crappy weather and being to cold. I wish it was warmer so I could give it a good hand wash!

Or move to Phoenix. Really mild winters, no snow. Summer - well, that's why you go from your air conditioned house to your air conditioned car to your air condtioned job....

Right-o! My brother works for a BMW dealer in the service dept and I can't BELIEVE how expensive BMW maintenance is. Well, ok, I can believe it because it's BMW, but gotdamn! For just the tiniest thing it's hundreds of dollars.

A couple days ago, I changed the stock cup holder bulb to a blue led to match the jdm ones on the upper cup holders.

Today just finished my 1300km trip through the mountains. This was me this morning

finally got around to going to HD and getting some more hole drill bits and enlarged the hole for the back support screws for my OEM center console. so after two weeks finally completed my install!

however that is one boring install to cover in pics. Last week i finally got around to popping in the beauty rings and center caps i got from Doane2u.

Congrats on the Clazzio's dvleucsd, they look good.

I went to the beach today and had a 3 hour surf, went home and cleaned out my trunk since I didn't get a chance to clean it yesterday.

I also ended up ordering something small for the Fit today seeing it in person last night, should be in my possession in a few days
