Lol, actually I didn't buy any of this.. I just got it!
Considering your earlier photo with the snow might have been best to get a warmed glove box

I better check my mail and see what I "Just got"

I think maybe you need a clean up of the wiring under the dash before you tackle those mirrors. Must be a rats nest under there by now.

Nice... those are just the power folding actuators?

Take pics of the metal cut out when you install the drivers side pocket... what's the official part # on that? (the other thread's confusing a bit)

104k miles. Had the original spark plugs and serpentine, so figured might as well change them both. Glad I did them both, but honestly the serpentine could probably have done another 100k just fine!

Yeah, just the motors and no mirrors. I'll find time to tear my mirrors apart and install the motors. Tested them with the switch tonight and they seem to work fine, just white on pin 7 and black on pin 8, I didn't know it was that simple for the folding option..

Ok cool, thanks for the info.

I'm barely at 30K but still good to know what to expect for maintenance long-term wise

I picked up all the rubbish and things that don't belong in the car this morning(been a while). I plan on cleaning my lady when I get home from work today. Her feet seriously need a wash...

Gave the "wee blue beastie" its probable last water bath for awhile- it looks inevitable that the gov't will declare California in a drought, with all the restrictions on water use that implies. Good thing I got a bottle of Girots Garage Spray on Car Wash a few weeks back- looks like I'm going to need it. Only used water this time because I had to replace the hot water shut off valve on the kitchen sink (frozen open). I captured the water from draining the house in a couple of buckets & used that to wash the car!
And I installed my Kurgo Trunk Cleat on the back of the car. (http://www.kurgostore.com/automotive...unk-Cleat.html)

The last two weeks since I bought my fit, I have been doing quite a bit. I installed Husky Liners, which I am kinda disappointed in. Installed the mesh grill condenser protector. Tinted the Windows. Added LED cabin and trunk lights. About to do a projector install, and tint the tail lights. So far its been a fun car, but I just washed it today and the bumper and hood had chips everywhere . Thats what I get for driving over a snowy pass and getting pounded by a passing plow truck and semi truck...

I ended up detail cleaning the exterior when I got home yesterday but it got too dark to finish the inside(winter). I will finish the lady's bath today...
