Hey guys I'm new here.. I got a 09 Honda fit, restored engine and trans both around 20k miles. (Original got 230k) got at auction for 2k and total repairs cost round 3k (already had the engine, and not counting labor) sadly it's an automatic. All I did with it is the racing stripe, the "Home Depot lip", red brake calipers, and the wheels dipped.. Il prob to tint taillights, yellow fog lights, I want to get get some nice wheels and coilovers, but I'm 16yo and don't have a job (yet).. So any cheap mods I could do? Name: image_zpsfaa28469.jpg

Good choice to you, too. It was either the blizzaks or the Michelin xi3 for me too. Can't go wrong with either, really.

I have a friend who has the Blizzaks on his Sonic and seems to be weathering the snow storms here in the east with ease. I imagine that the tires would perform just as well on a similar car like ours

Oh, and i installed the Aries 3D Front Floor Mats. They are amazing. Pics coming soon.

Great choice! Never again will I drive another winter without Blizzacks. Well, the Fit's never going to see winter. But I have a set of the WS60s on my Honda Prelude and it's a beast through all the storm while SUVs are in the ditch

Dropped another 2.6 quarts of tranny fluid out of the 2010 Fit (base) and re-filled with Honda OEM DW-1 transmission fluid.

Per Steve244's calculations, I am at 96.22% DW1 in my transmission case these days.

do you fill from the side with a big syringe or do you fill via the reverse switch?

Might aswell start here.

New owner of a 2013 Fit Sport 5MT. I want to say I upgraded in many ways from a 2010 Si Coupe. Loving the car so far.

First things first though.. had the car in at Krown for a rust proofing. Then into the shop for some 15% tints.

Picked up a set of BBS R90 16's over the weekend for the summer. Anyone ever have issue's with fitting these wheels onto the fit? They do seem a bit wider. Thinking about swapping the stock Dunlops over to those wheels for the summer.

Great little car. Alot of use-able space compared to my old Civic.

That doesn't do anything at all, don't waste your money.

They are marketed as creating turbulent air into the intake but realistically they don't do anything at all

Congrats on the Fit, I don't know what size wheels those are so I can't confirm if they can fit or not. If you post the specs we can confirm for you.

finally get in the replacement bulb and ballast for my projector kit. So far everything looks good. I am going to wait for the new bulb to break in before doing any output shots since it looks to be a wee bit dimmer. I am much happier with the overall output of the projectors. My first comment about being disappointed was just me being to hasty to a conclusion, also it was foggy that night and it was a wet ground.

Thanks guys! I'll guess i will just extend the pipe tubing on my SRI and place it just below the engine to keep it away from the heat coming from the engine. Here is the current set-up of my intake.

Could the stock Dunlop tires fit a 16 x 6.5 BBS R90?
Picked up a set of wheels last weekend.... Worried about fitment.

Besides that. Picked up a set of OEM window visors. Not too shabby for OEM!!
