Just an idea since I am looking to put it on my FIT.
The attachment of Honda Insight mirrors is totally different from Fit. The mirror itself seems to be the same.

I have had a set of these on the car for the past year now with no problems at all. Infact next to the real thing you can't tell the difference until you turn the lights on.

Door Mirror Cover With LED For NEW Honda JAZZ and Fit 09GE8 JDM - - Door Mirror Cover With LED For NEW*Honda Jazz and Fitt 09 GE8 JDM Material : The body produce by ABS plastic ( Injection method ). The Lens body produced by Acrylic . Installation :

If you shop around you can get them much cheaper than this website, too.

A couple of mirror covers can't be very expensive to have painted in some back street garage whatever color you want.

There aren't any, but these are the rear thing from the Fit RS in Japan for $285 US (in stock)

Another option for $100 US: http://www.ninto.com/jazz2008-mirrorcover.html

Either way no US colors, sorry, Just Asia.

I saw a couple on eBays for $94.
2009-2010 HONDA FIT JAZZ LED SIDE MIRROR COVER JDM*PAIR:eBay Motors (item 290362310564 end time Nov-20-09 19:08:44 PST)

I ordered mine from Honda Thailand which came with auto-fold and LED turn-signal. This is the entire set, not cover as link above.

These are not OEM. Also check the color specs are the same as US.

How much did Honda Thailand charge with shipping? Usually, they don't ship.

I have to wait a week since I asked the dealer to paint them for me. My girl friend will pick them up. I would say around 1500-3000 baht for shipping.

What was your total price? How are you going to connect the auto-fold feature?
