Added spacer between the shift knob for extra height. Acuity one was just too low for me so this is the right height.

Got the same lip, (gift from a friend) cuz he bought another kit and this one had a small piece broken off... And love how it looks!!!

Jus wondered how you peeps mounted it....

I used 3 rivet nuts and the 2 OEM push pins on the sides...

BTW, you can see the small broken piece on the passenger side🤪

I just took off the "garnish"... While finding ouy that there is an oem like ram air duct that sits right behind the rectangle besides the H logo to the drivers side... Liked how it looked and never put the garnish back.... Also it helps with radiator coolimg, since more air can pas straight through to the radiatior.....

As for the matte color.... That part is matte black... But I did spray it with some rust oleum 2X matte black ....

2 tire bulges less than a year apart. No impacts/potholes. No warranty coverage. Very little mileage. They were Kumho Solus HA31 185/55/16 V.

So I got rid of them and got Nokian WRG4 195/55/16 V

Replaced with COB version and this time, I covered them in 3M clear. Still functions with brake and turn signals.

Looking at the pictures there's a lot of scuffing on the rim where both bulges are. You sure you didn't hit a curb or something?

Stock Firestones = zero curb rash.
Kumhos in same size with "rim protection" feature = curb rash once.
2nd Kumho with bulge. Has not seen a curb since install.
Current curb rash on rims = from the one time parking incident with Kumhos.

If so, do you reckon that the COB version will be better at preventing the plastic from turning wonky?

I just wish there was a dealer/seller closer than relying on Aliexpress.
I feel kinda funny ordering from that site (like my credit card info will be compromised).
