Dude. You and I have almost the same build. Lol.

Hey I posted over in the TRS Headlight thread, you ended up getting the fuse panel connection figured out right?

I want to put a hole in the fuse box cover, use a rubber grommet to run the wire through and seal off with hot glue for water proofing, does that sound feasible/doable?

I think that would work. I ended up making a little vertical slit with some side snips just after the latch mechanism on the lid and it fits quite snug, but probably isn't as waterproof as what you're suggesting.

New steering wheel

Just purchased and installed new steering wheel from eBay. Here goes some pics.

I’m impressed

I’m super happy

Head explodes. This has been by far one the best mods I’ve done to this car. The feel of it changes everything. Sad part is now I have to CF everything else to match. I forgot who posted having done this before but, credit to that guy. If it wasn’t for that post I would have never done this.

Got new tires installed today..

Continental DWS06 Plus 195/50r16
They get great reviews for wet performance and pretty good ratings for winter duty. Not many miles on them yet, but the car is MUCH MUCH more stable on highway than the Falken/Firestone AS combo the car came with. Nice beefy sidewall too!

Finished with a bunch of engine bolt-ons last week. Now to continue with suspension work! Parts are:
  • AFE Takeda Air Intake
  • Sumole Air Duct
  • Oil Catch Can
  • Tanabe Tower Bar
Unfortunately scuffed my grill's vinyl wrap. Probably will be redoing that in the spring.

I just ordered one, and they say it will arrive by December 24. That would be pretty fast.

2 new things.

So now I have TRS Headlights and new steering wheel.

These 2 mods and the tires/rims completely changed how the car vibes. It’s amazing.

Mine took a month, their tracking made it look like it was waiting close to me for like 3 weeks, but I think their tracking is not so accurate.

I have been trying to find a die cast model for my black fit but I have never been able to find one. Seems they only come in other colors lol! I did actually order a bunch of other ones, though. I really like these.
