what'd you guys do before painting? I attempted to paint mine yesterday and the paint did not take and its peeling up...it looks like crap. Did you use a primer?

clean it off with simply green, then primer it with about 2 coat...and put about 3 coat of the paint and you should be fine.....

i used an adhesion promoter.
and a wipe down with a duplicolor prep wipe (before adhesion pro).

we rinsed it and wiped it off then we just sprayed right over it

p.s. we got spray paint that was made to spray on plastic. so maybe that has something to do with it.

The aFe intake is plain to me. I spiced it up.
