haha you just tape off/take off the vtec thing,
then i would sand a little... then paint it haha

let it dry,
put it on
taadaaaaa

do you have to primer it first so the paint will stick? or just paint it straight??!! do you have to spray a clear coat when your done to get that shiny look??!!

definitely prime it...otherwise the paint will just peel off (i speak from experience)

sometimes go fast parts and cool looks meet and make nice things like that manifold.

clean it, prime it with a spray, then spray it. If you don't use a primer the paint will peel right off (at least that's what happened to me).
