Thanks everyone for your kind remarks!
It's a slower process now that the temps are higher. But coming along nicely. :D

Finished the last wheel well today now it's the 18mm sway bar install, then back to rewiring. Friday night was removing a dent in the P.S. front fender with a dolly, hammer, pick and a 1x4. Painless Dent Removal :-).

slowly but shirley " x " step x step...

SO we finished up the rear brakes and the llllast wheel well this weekend. and to celebrate... installed a 18mm sway B (see pic above oops!)

I really liked the texture and finish of these right outa the box. So i shot 3 coats of low luster clear on them to help the rust stay away. The red p.c. drums where just too over the top (hahahahahahahah) for me.

Looking for parts has become a real challenge with somethings, like the moldings that go at the bottom of the windows on the doors. The ones that came w/ the car are crack/split and the s.s. is showing. but after diligent hours of looking/ or just dumb luck? I found old OEM stock L & R sides! Vtec S2 cover and 40 S2 under the hood fasteners coming in red and silver w/ allen screws. Slowly but surly coming along. A new steering rack, hubs and front calipers (red powder coated) are in the shop waiting to be installed :D. new steering, 18mm sway bar, new brakes, and hubs all around will only add to the fun.

Looking good again like it should have been done in the first place. Any plans to show it in some shows when you are done?

Not sure if im really feeling the Lambo doors on an EF. EF's are great little cars, easy to work on. An 89 was about the first car I owned. Amazing little car. Car looks good, body looks excellent, but I still would have to pass up on the doors.

The little Details

I've been looking for a "real" B16 starter for a few months now. I bought one from A.Z. but was about 1/2 the size of the OEM.
Got this one off Ebay from a low mileage motor, as you can see it was clean to begin with.
The wiper motor assembly was off a CRX down the road at a local bone yard.
Took em both apart cleaned and of course had to paint them, lol ( if you follow my posts then ya know, I'll paint you if sit there too long :) b4 assembling them. So here they are ;o)
