spotted a silver GD lowered slightly on come polished smoothies..looked cool. Houston off of Blalock and Long Point

 

I never see modded fits. One, a long time ago. Most of the time I think one might be lowered and pull up to find it's just loaded with people or cargo.

I've given up waving to other Fit drivers. I always got weird looks, if they even noticed me. And I never see anyone modded either. In fact the GE8s seem to be taking over in my part of Houston. Bleh.

 

I actually like the headlights... One of the things I wasn't gonna change but there are a lot of Fits out here. Maybe make a thread asking if anyone wants to trade. I'd point out that local is a must. BTW you'd have to remove the bumper to get them out... I'm @ 249 and BW8. I'm like right down the road from you!

 

I've been looking! I wave too! Most people don't get it and just act weird. lol Oh well... If you see a SSM GE8 base with a sport bumper honk and wave! I'll wave right back!

 

Your pic makes your car look like TWB. I love TWB Fits! I thought it was a total Azn color when I first saw it but then it grew on me b/c it's the most unusual color for a car.

What part of town are you in? I'm around the west side/Memorial. Sometimes I even get past the Galleria... and I have been seen in Mid-town.

 

Tidewater Blue is a pretty uncommon color for the GD, almost as rare as Taffeta White on the same chassis in these parts. Like in Lake Jackson for example, you'll see 2 maybe 3 Taffeta Whites before a Tidewater Blue pops up; that's not including the 7 other colors offered for the GD.

There are a couple of GDs in the Angleton, Lake Jackson, and Clute areas that have a few minor things done to them. Like a Lunar Mist Base with 16 inch Enkies, a VBP Sport with blue Rota J Mags and maybe a type V wing (like Blue Cell's), and a BOM with visors and an axle back. An older guy also has a MR Sport with an odd flame vinyl on the nose and front doors of the car.

 

I'll be on the lookout! I'm all over town. Not as much as I used to be. I live 249&BW8 but used to work in Clear Lake! I was everywhere! I now work 2 miles from the house, but for the next 2 weeks I'll be around the west side. (Closer to Harwin/Westpark & BW8 for training) If you see me honk and wave! I'll do the same!

 

Yeah Ray we are pretty close. I work at Honda and even employee cost on Base model lights are high.

I'm a scrooge about waving or honking to other Fits. I'm to focused on driving...I'm a nerd. Now that I took off my FitFreak sticker I feel weird. Time to get another

 

That is so true. I see one red GD that comes threw the dealer a lot and we chit chat bout Fit's and TexasTech(his son and my g/f go ). Other than that no other "fun fitters" come in here. Fit meet at the dealership......hrmmmm
