As much as i wanted college to end, as soon as i was out i realized the real world wasn't as great as i wished. College was the best years ever.

 

it was the opposite for me. i majored in graphic design and had a lot of sleepless nights trying to finish up my projects, print them out at a 24hr. kinkos, mount them on presentation boards, and rehearse my presentation... it wasn't cheap either so i had to work a full-time job just to pay for my supplies - luckily my scholarships covered 100% of my tuition. all that time and money spent on something that didn't pay me back. now that i'm paid for the work i do i couldn't be happier

 

I studied graphic design too so i know exactly where your coming from on the work load. I loved doing the work so the long hours at some points never really bothered me. Sucks that i couldn't find a job in that field when i graduated. Desperately trying to find a job in that field now. Supplies were always expensive and my "scholarship" aka my parents were kind enough to help me out on the cost.

 

ah, i see. i kinda knew/guessed you were working/studying in the creative field based on how your gd looks

sorry to hear about your job situation. finding design work was hard before the economy took a shit, in the middle of this recession it's almost impossible.

tell me about it. Got let go two months ago from my job working at a bank. Hated that place with a passion, but at least i can spend time looking for a graphic job, and relocating to socal soon hopefully.

hahah family guy is my favorite! south park is good too but the latest season has been quite disappointing

ughh disney channel is not what it used to be.. same with cartoon network and nickelodeon!
their best shows are phineas & ferb, adventure time, and icarly, respectively.
