Make up some kind of event that'll allow you to at least be in the area. Then you can just pop over there.

Most likely, your dad is only looking out for ya, plus you can do all the fun stuff in Vegas when you're 21 and up. Just don't mess around and get stuck on the hotel's roof top though.

 

i played on scania and i think my highest level was a 103 aran

 

i was expecting to see a dragon clip from hairy potter and the goblet of fire.

 

I played scania but I quit a looong time ago... Like waaay before horntail or aran and evans or anything... When the only maps were victoria, ludi, orbis... that was it LOL... Went up to a lv 52 Cleric I think? Not sure
