I can't put my finger on it, but I feel like I'd have trouble taking you seriously.

Ok so a little update on the progress:

I weighed myself this morning as I do every Monday, and I have now lost a total of 31.8lbs

I had already been working out and dieting but now that it's getting colder, I feel like I need something to keep me motivated inside instead of freezing outside, hence the p90x. I plan on still running and biking as usual when the weather is nice.
I did just get a new bike that I love...

I did the p90x on Saturday and Sunday and boy are my legs hurting. I can like barely walk, lol. But it feels good--obviously it is working something that hasn't been worked in a long time.

My goal for P90x is to tone up. Now that I've lost 31lbs, I'm over half way to my goal (of losing 50lbs total) and I really want to tone up and get stronger. I know that this will somewhat hinder my weight LOSS but it's ok as long as I know that I am gaining lean muscle and still losing inches. Does that make sense?

I need some new clothes!!

Good for you Amanda... Don't worry so much about what the scales say because the weight dropping off will become slower than what you have seen so far and you will be building more muscle which is good.... I'm at 200lbs now but I have the same waist size as I did at 230 when I was working on the loading dock during the Christmas rush at the Post Office...

Day 4 of P90x starts today...Yoga X. 90 minutes of not so funness, or so I'm told.

Sad part is...I have 2 hours and 15 minutes to:

do p90x (90min)
ride my bike (25 min)
and wash clothes/clean the house.

How will I do it, lol...we'll find out!

Yeah some people need to loosen up, why even bother if you aren't going to be a good sport about it. It was a lot of fun wearing it yesterday

Note to self: Pick up an air horn tomorrow for dull moments at work and rude customers.

I ended up only being able to handle 40 min of the yoga. I did my best though and I did "feel the burn"

After doing the yoga, and completing the house chores, I went and rode my bike for 30 minutes of epic win. Good god I love that bike! It is fun and easy to toss around and just amazing. It is such a good stress reliever.

So I still did get over an hour of workout in. That counts right?

I just need to keep losing.

Wasn't able to run this morning--too windy, so I'll have to either ride extra long today or have a very lean dinner.

You are one hard headed determined woman... I need to get up your way and see the results of your hard work.... What is going to be as amazing to you as the way you feel and look is how much better your brain works.

How random, my mom got me p90x. She keeps implying that I'm getting chunky and this basically proves it lol.

It is very easy to use. Just apply it in wet coats to your wanted thickness. At least two coats. Best part is it can be peeled off if you dont likey.

I did my fog bezels because my black paint kept chipping. Plati Dip has not chipped yet....
