I spoke too soon. They blink normally with Hazards but not for turn signals. They were advertised for not needing the resistors.

EDIT:
Yeah I figured it out. They shipped me the wrong bulbs. No problem, just RMA right? But it'll be the 2nd time they've done it. First time they downgraded me with 23 LED's instead of 44. Now they upgraded me to 60 but it's not what I wanted---60 is nice, but I want the Bulb-out cancellation chip in it. I just wish people would give me what I paid for. Someone somewhere needs to get their shit together. /rant over.

Went to get my first oil change at the dealership today...requested synthetic...waited about 30 minutes...payed the bill, recieved a compliment on my yellow fog lights from my service advisor, and headed back home...1 hour later the dealership called and said how they couldn't apologize enough and it appeared they had used
conventional instead and I could come back or they would credit me for my next visit. I was very impressed that they made that phone call seeing as though I would have never known in a million years. A+ for honesty!

BTW idk that the 0w20 that the fit calls for could even come in conventional form...I thought is was always sythetic?

Finally installed my KMR rear sway bar...not that difficult at all, although i only use 3 out of 4 of the bolts on each mounting plate. Felt very secure though, i don't anticipate it being an issue. I can already feel a difference with the amount of body roll on turns. very cool

blood sweat...and lotsa tears. oh yeah...i tried to change out my brake pads and rotors..ended up changing only the pads...breaking my craftsman screwdriver, breaking one wheel stud...slicing my finger and scraping my shoulder.

called it a day....a very bad day.

Ouch! How did you manage to break the wheel stud though? Putting tire back on? Seen too many stories of broken wheel studs on FF.

Did the vertical rear wiper mod aka The Stiffy. If your instructions read, pull hard until something snaps, would you do it? Well that's what it took to get the interior hatch cover off.

Picked up a Passport 8500 x50 red today for a freaking steal of a price. Not sure how I like it so far. Guess we will find out in the next couple of days or I'll get a guy from work to come test it for me.

Oddly..it was when I was removing the wheel. I cracked all four nuts...jacked it up...and then as I started to loosen the lugs...that one got tighter. I already knew it was gonna happen....so I grabbed a breaker bar n finished it off.

Stick to growing beans eh?

I am going to leave my switch to winter tires to my Mopar garage. If anything breaks they can fix it. It is so nice to leave some of this shit to the pros as I can now afford to have it done. I have suffered the results of my trying to save a bit in the past so I feel for you.

Strange how so many break studs. Makes one wonder if that lug nut was cross threaded to begin with.

Maybe this video would've helped ---> Tutorial: How to uninstall Honda brake rotor screws - YouTube
(Tutorial: How to uninstall Honda brake rotor screws)

I'm definitely not looking forward to that when the time comes, but on the bright side it'll be an opportunity to do the brake upgrade mod ---> https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...tallation.html

I don't have my Fit yet, but I've made more preparations for when it arrives. I removed JVC double DIN head unit, Sundown Audio SA12s, Sundown Audio SAZ1500, subwoofer box, and all the wiring from my Mustang.

if you drive at all like the picture in your signature... you're gonna experience some MAJOR difference.

Are you sure you want a Fit? I've seen plenty of people on this forum, in the past two years, trade-in their Fits because it just didn't give them what they really wanted... the high HP performance they were used to in their previous cars. Even though they said they could adjust to the low HP of the Fit.

I'm all for people buying Fits... but if they trade it in a month, or even a year, later... it's not doing the Fit's public image any favors.

I'm still jumping back and forth between trading or not due to the lack of HP.. Granted the fit has some spunk. I like to hit it and be gone like my old G35 or the M5.

Just remember, it's an aid/added tool and not a green light. Works great for me. I've got a blue one. It gives out falsies every now and then but you'll get the hang of it.
