Ah ok, thanks. I'm still not sure if I should talk to the dealership about it because right now it's about half the size of a dime, but in numerous places. I have a bad feeling they will just say "oh, it's because it's getting warm, so the plastic is adjusting and *insert random BS*, so it's nothing to worry about"

I want to plasti-dip my wheels bronze too, but I've never used PD before. Before you PD your wheels, do you prep it any other way?

Installed my jdm winker mirrors! My gf surprised me with them a couple weeks ago and this is the first day I've had off that hasn't been packed with other crap to do. Best gf EVER!

For the 2012 LED center console panel? more info here ---> https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...ml#post1100482
The Homelink w/Navi Mic was an easy install, probably cause I read Zalthras' DIY about a hundred times... ---> https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...tml#post890823
Alex, you still haven't installed it? Let me know if you need help, it's easy. I still got the sunglass holder section you gave me, I winded up not using it cause I got the whole console (which came with the sunglass holder).

Picked up a set of Canadian LX wheels (the pie-cutters) for my USDM GE8 Sport for future use as dailies. Haven't decided what I'm going to do with the stock sport alloys in the future... Need to get tires for the new wheels first though. Still looking for my VIP weekend set of wheels.

All I did was wash and detailed my Fit But damn I love it!!! Had since Nov 22nd, have 7000 miles on it, getting steady 35 MPG. My dad is thinking of getting one now, my mom is in a wheelchair and with the back seat up, it rolls right in without effort!!!

Was looking for some sort of backing to put between the dead pedal and the gray textured plastic that comes stock, and decide this was the best solution. A cheap black binder which has a matte finish side and is very durable.

^^ those lines are just marks from the machining, and aren't as noticeable from farther away.

Need some ideas here, Plasti dip'd my wheels then bronze wheel paint, but the center cap is having a weird reaction.

So I'm going to have to cover it up somehow, I already have Black "H" Vinyl Emblems tp put over the center cap, but I think ill have to put a circle of vinyl over the center cap now.

Should I go a black circle and a Gold H, or a Gold circle and a Black H? or something else?

Final Product, just have to wait for my Black H's for the centercaps to get here, came out really good, the white residue simply wiped off and they are good to go. Keepin ming this was done over Plasti-dip, so its totally removable back to stock under all this. Dont plan on taking this off though for at least 2 years if it holds up well.

^just you. I've had mine for about a year now. No issues, besides the occasional microscopic rock chips I can't see.

Got the crees installed. Even went out to a dark spot near my place and did a before and after shot. A bad part of town on the darkest street I know at 1am. The things I do for the mod gods, and hopefully you all's enjoyment. It's obvious I need HIDs.

Narva Range Power +50s for regular lamps, and Cree 5w Q5 H11 bulbs for fogs.

Cameras pick up different white balances, making LEDs appear blue. but I think this shot is close to what it looks like in reality.

While I had the Foglights out, I also swapped out the old headlight armors for a new set, both clear. Getting adhesive off the light after you put that stuff on isn't easy. Didn't have any strong chemicals, but seriously.. damn. It's sticky stuff compared to your average adhesive. That's good news for people who want it to last.

This was actually on Sunday, but I installed a Bazooka BTA850FH powered subwoofer in the hatch area. The 30 minute advertized install time was a little short (by about 3 hours from my experience), but wasn't too bad. It adds nicely to the bottom end of the Fit Sport's sound system and is exactly the kind of bass I was looking for. It won't shake the block, but does thump pretty hard.

Got new tires, still Falken 512, just 195/60/15 instead of 185/65/15. Was going to try something new but at $62 a tire why not, they served me well for what they were.

30k on old tires and still have some life (i'd say about 10k if driven normally), but i'm going to give them to a family member who's Accord's tires have cords showing.

Saved $8 on disposal
