1. Got the cargo tray (for free from the dealership).

2. Bought a coin holder from Walmart (the one by Bell) only to find out that there is a warning sticker on the bottom that says it contains lead. Not surprising, but I returned it and will be shopping around for a different one.

The new shoes!

I took the plunge and got myself some new tires and wheels and yes, I sold the stockers already. The wheels are the new Konig Forwards, 16 x 7 w/40mm offset and they are wrapped in Continental DWS', P205/50's. This tire is highly rated and with a treadwear number of 540 and temp and traction rating of A, its perfect for the amount of driving I do and the potentially snowy winters we can get here in the midwest too. On with the pics...

I put up more pics in the correct forum later. BTW, the centercaps are supposed to have emblems in there and they don't because Konig didn't ship but one that "fit", but they'll be getting me the other 3 soon. Once I get them, I'm having custom decals made to cover them up, probably going to say HONDA in the correct font with either black or CF behind it.

Klasse Nice wheels/tires. Will be interested in hearing how those treads work out for you. Mileage/noise/performance.

Because of the tread pattern I don't expect the tires to be noisy at all, so that should work out ok there. The mileage should be good because I'm religious with rotations and the treadwear of 540 is pretty high. As far as perf goes, well, I'll be going down to the Dragon in about 2 monthes, we'll see how that goes but because I reduced the aspect ratio 5% I can already feel the difference in turn-in, so I expect good things there as well. These tires come highly rated with good reviews for what they are, especially in the winter. I was going to get the Conti DW tire and keep my stockers for the winter duties, but I just decided to go this route as I could pay off a large chunk of my tire/wheel bill right away.

Yay!! JDM H's are so nice--my g/f insisted I get some...so she bought them for me for Christmas last year! Yay!

I accidentally sprayed the fit with water while I was detailing a Lincoln Navigator- suckage. Now my Adele is dirty

This is going to sound dumb coming from me in Japan, but what are the part # for the red H's? I've been debating getting at least the rear, front is a no go because of the J's grill, but then I was thinking, hmmmm I could go with a front red H like the CTR and ITR initial versions, right on the bonnet.

JDM H Badge #'s

FRONT - 75700-SNW-003 QTY 1 G9M28
REAR - 75700-S5T-E01 QTY 1 K9M0 3

These are all the numbers on the packaging.

I think a badge on the bonnet would kick some serious ass!!!

Thank you K_C. I'm going to go to Honda after work today and see about ordering at least the rear badge and see if they can get the front badge from the EK9 or DC2 R models still.

Now I can see the reason why JLB can machine them to +44

I've only had the car for 3 weeks so I know these are minor and not unique in any way....

-Chrome valve stem caps with a "H" logo. $5 from eBay.

-Cargo tray. $30 from eBay

-All season floor mats. $80 from eBay.

-Followed Justintime's lower grille DIY. $10 from McMaster Carr.

-Removed front dealer plate and assembly.

Wants:

-New HU!!! Factory iPod "control" is horrible.
-Sharkfin antenna (should I get black for Orange Rev. Met. or match the factory paint?)
-Rear bumper protector
-Door sill trim
-Take off dealer lettering on back hatch.
-Carbon fiber pieces for door handles, B-Pillars and side mirrors.
-Door edge film
-Gentex rear view mirror (because of Krimson's posts about it)

Trying to figure out the best way to keep my rear JDM badge on
it's pulling loose at the top due to the curve of the garnish.

A bit at the bottom as well.

HEY...K_C...mine is curved like that and have had ZERO issues with it coming loose. It's been on there since Marchish.

You should be good. But yeah--you could always heat it up and then push and hold for a while.
