Technically, it was last night...

I finally installed my armrest. Goes nicely with the all black seat covers I got from costco.

First full day of driving around

2nd Day of owning my Fit- I thought of a lot of excuses to drive it, or course. Took something to a friends house that they needed, then I brought the recycling to the local transfer station. Got to use the Magic seats (amazing) and hit some winding roads on the way there. This finally gave me the chance put sport mode and the paddle shifters through there paces (the drive home from the dealer it was pouring so bad I couldn't see more then 100 ft ahead of me). Only day 2, but I'm loving this car more and more with every drive!

Thanks for the welcome Krimson_Cardnal!

It's got 3.5k miles on it so I think their broken in, but both my wife (who was driving the new Fit) and myself (driving my piece of crap old Saab) hyrdoplaned at least 5 times- sometimes going as slow as 55. Needless to say, not optimal driving conditons regardless of tires.

Tried to sig it up, lets see how it goes...

Yeah I have. Usable handling in the snow was something I researched before buying this, and I saw that everyone said snows made a great impact. Also thought chains after reading the manual and seeing a specific recommendation, but I'll ask around more and do some research before going that route.

Can't wait to slide around some parking lots in this thing!

@ bmxman could you post some detailed pics of your JDP spoiler? like side shots of the car and straight from the back? I want to get one but the only pics I have really seen are that riced out ugly BOM fit on fitdeez thread.

as for my fit I drove her from athens to atlanta in a responsible manner as to get my mpg up then wiped her down with my cali duster before a wicked rain storm burst thru my area. I was just thinking she needed a bath!

Going to give the fit a good washing tomorrow. I've probably driven it 20 miles since its last wash, but it's still semi-dirty.

That and I got a new bug melter spray, and want to get the damn things off for good.

Will probably was the engine bay for the first time tomorrow too. Any tips? It's at about 2200 miles.
