I've never had that problem (three Fits), but I would try some silicone sealant around the lens. Do you know how the water is getting in. From what I recall, the bulb is replaced from the bottom. Maybe the gasket down there is no good.

So stoked to do this mod... I’ve had multiple people tell me they can’t see my taillights when I have bicycles on the back. Now I shouldn’t have any problems!
Will try for a better pic in the future.. Just stoked to get this done and wanted to share!

1. Do you have CarPlay already? If you do, it's much more likely. If you don't, I would not count yourself out... I thought 2018 was the first year. I have scene devices that also send the carplay screen to your screen. Guessing it could get a little clunky. YMMV...
2. I mean this in a super jokingly way.... go get lost on Amazon for about two hours. Type in CarLinkit and it will open a world of chaos. LOL. The people making these will know very little about them. I've seen a few people ask "will this work with..." and because they don't know, they offer a discount.
I’ve owned two GK’s, with the first starting in Oct 2014. Today I decided enough is enough on the front seat legroom. Today (after work) I got through making one of the two seat bracket relocation pieces for the drivers side. I can’t hardly wait for tomorrow afternoon to wrap up the drivers side. Then, maybe the passenger side on Thursday night. Finished and painted pics will make an appearance too.

Will switch out the bolt to a factory bolt and plastic cover. Also, paint will happen when the fab of all four is complete.
