2015 Fit Factory Front Bumper Mis-Alignment
Honda has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I’m not sure I will purchase another fit after my experience is with the dealership, I have a 2015 EX- My factory aluminum wheels are beginning to corrode in the center, I took it to the dealership to have it fixed and they told me it’s because I didn’t maintain the wheels properly, even though I go through the car wash almost daily in the winter. I contacted Honda customer service and they took down the report and never called me back.. A manufacturer needs to stand behind their products. End of story
As far as dealers. The one I have used (not the one I purchased from) which has only been for 2 oil changes is very good. Great customer service. I blame Honda corporate for lack of follow up or reaching out to fix the bumper. Fingers crossed I get the same dependability I got from my last two cars. Everyone tried to talk me out of the Jeep and everyone raved about Honda so time will tell.

I was not happy with the foam fix. The gap came back some after about 600 Miles highway driving. The foam compressed. I replaced the foam with two pieces of wood wedged in the same spots. It tightened up the gap perfectly. Will see if it stays this way.
