Since I've changed my primary O2 and added a spark plug fouler on it, My CEL went away. Still idles rich sometimes but cruising is where it should be at.

The only time my car makes a difference is when I adjust the airflow adjustment map
Sounds to me like your injectors aren't wired up. I don't have the install manual that came with my kit anymore (my GF deleted ALL my emails!), but theres a separate section entirely for wiring up the injectors. Its at the end with the rest of the wiring. Check that and make sure those are hooked up.

If you go to -80 on the injector map, and nothing changes, then you don't have injector control.

ALSO:
Make sure your jumpers are correct. The fueling should be set to add/trim, not just add. I'll go look to find the jumper settings. Mine were wrong from AJR.

Jumpers 1-4 should be OPEN, so the jumpers should be hanging on one pin, not connecting anything. You have to open the emanage case to see this.

It SHOULD come this way from the factory, but mine was wrong (ignition pulse was 12v instead of 5v), so yours might be too. I'd check the injector wiring first though.

I'll take a look, but I am pretty sure we wired everything up including the injector wires.

I'll take a look at the jumper setting too, I checked them a while back just to make sure and I was pretty sure they were all ok.

I only went to -80 in the -14vac 1000-3000rpm range.. it didn't make a difference there.

I will check the wiring tonight and the jumpers on the Emanage

I'm getting an intake manifold made. I'll be using potato's map settings to retune and see how this goes. Stock intake chamber=hella restrictive.

Nice! I was gonna pick up the Weapon-R manifold but I gotta spend my money elsewhere at the moment. I bet getting a bigger intake manifold would help lean out my rich idle... but it would also lean out the rest of my map.. but I've been able to fix that.

Are you having a closed loop boost issue too? hitting 3-5psi while only 1/2 throttle causing your AFRs to lean out like mad?

I think the weapon R mani looks hideous. My manifold should be done by tonight or tomorrow. Yes, quarter throttle to half is still lean sometimes. That's how fast our turbo spools and how little throttle it takes to spool it up. But it doesn't lean like mad and usually stays in the 14's and under. My manifold will definately need a retune for all the air coming in. I'll have to turn my boost down when I get it.

Raw form of the manifold. It's not done yet and will need to finish welding today and get a polish.

No, I know a fabrication shop. Kustoms Unlimited. They were based in California and moved to Texas. I wanted it done for more air flow and he will make more if any are interested but its made to order. Will cost more money than WR intake mani though.
