Can any1 tell me how to take off the vtec emblem? I couldnt figure it out.

 

the back pins have a circle 1 way lock, if you can, slowly* pry that out and not break the pins.

thats how i did it and put it back by pressing the circle things back onto the pins.

 

i just broke the pins then used dental floss to get the emblem off then retapped it back down with 3m clear double sided tape.

be careful what you use to break off pins for some odd stupid reason i used a chisel and ended putting to much pressure on the pin when i broke it and the chisel kept going and sliced the pad of my thumb damn near in half.

 

i want to paint a bunch of imc's on my imc and draw designs on all them..that would be tight and hard!

 

i free handed this is class...i like it i might just do it...excuse the photoshop

Is there somewhere I could get one of these for the '09 Fit?

I definitely like the look of these over the POS that comes stock. I'd love to find something to upgrade the overall appearance of my engine bay.

the 09 dont come with engine covers right? If thats the case I dont know if there is any way you can get one. If you got any GD3 friends you can barrow there cover and see if it can/will fit the 09.

 

you could probably paint the top of the plastic intake manifold chamber.

 

is there a DYI on how to do this? with pics? pls.....
