Yah, still sitting here waiting... But I sold the MINI and waiting on the paperwork. I just don't drive it enough these days so want someone else to have fun with it.

I'm going to drive the FitS and G for a year or two. I'm going to get me a 370Z next, I thinks.

Will keep the FitS until it falls apart so no, I don't intend to sell it anytime soon.

LOL hahahahaha, i've been buying like this for a long time.

too much rain today. no detailing the FitSW. will need to postpone until
next week. tomorrow's suppose to be pretty nice but im going to be in
my music room all day probably working on my music. hahaha.

so next week im going to decide if im going to get this dream digital piano
called V-Piano or not. thing feels and sounds amazing. like a rolls royce of
all digital piano's. (not that ive ridden on a R/R ).

kind of a humid day this am... = clutch shudder. dang it it's annoying.

i think sometime soon im going to sand the pos drag wheels
and paint them to prepare for winter tires.

i need outdoor temps to be at least 75F+ to get a nice
consistent coat of paint. im going to paint them graphite
color, i thinks.

 

huh, my local autoparts stores are out of wheel paint...

almost done selling the part-out stuff off my MINI. i sold most
and got all pending buyers except for one thing... which doesnt
really count cause it's a stupid strap. hahaha ok, not stupid,
just a simple strap that goes on the rear seatbacks so you can
pull it upright from the hatch.

 

not too much going on today. going to see if my other autoparts
store has some wheelpaint after work.

i suppose if i cant find any i'll just spray it using engine
enamel with a matte black finish. thing holds up to weather
very well. i used it on my hub and also the fog light surround
pieces. no chipping or pitting thus far.

 

Ok, so I lied. I didn't stop by the autoparts store on the way home last night due to severe traffic on the way home. And I had other things that I needed to attend to which I couldn't be late to.

Too much construction going on. People not letting people merge, people cutting in front of others, people driving while looking at their mobiles (texting), people just not paying attention. Kids and ducks cutting across 4 lane roads, etc.

Well, I got my days off, Mon, Tues, and today flat on back with the Flu. Kaiser dropped the ball, I went in Mon fever aches and chills faucet hana bata, and they said they don't give any thing for flu except over the counter remedies. She gave me a list. Waiting for their call today again.

 

sorry to hear about your illness tanuki. hope you get better soon. some folks in the midwest here are getting tick bites and lyme disease. seems like ticks are on the rise this year.

recommend wearing a hat or cap when going to the forest preserve even if you're just hanging out in the parking lot. some trees have overhanging branches and the ticks wait for their prey... like a bird waiting for a nice clean car to crap on.

 

not too much going on this week other than selling the last bits of my old MINI's parts. FitS has been great in carrying the larger pieces without any hesitation.

im going to wash my FitS this weekend, weather permitting.
want to put some Prima Hydro (spray sealant) on my wheels.
