The device increase the percentage of opening vs pedal input.
Since your foot won't be as fast as signal transmitting, therefore, the throttle opening speed is surely faster after applying ETC.

It's like having a larger diameter throttle spool on a motorcycle in function except you can tailor the response to the driving conditions or personal driving habits.... The ECO settings are great for saving fuel or reducing wheels spin on loose or slick driving surfaces... It is a versatile tool that I've enjoyed having for over 3 years.
Oh Panson.... You have been getting up and caring for that baby a long time, or did another one happen... I'm getting old and have trouble recalling when recent events occurred but I recall dates of many things that happened 30 or more years ago.
