It's pretty fun, but I've lost my first 30lbs just running/biking and watching my caloric intake via an iphone app (also available on android and they have a web app as well) called Lose it! It has worked amazingly well so far.

I just want to jump start the next 20lbs and tone up a lot. I seem flabby now. Do not want.

Let me know if I can help you in any way.

Do they have that App for Blackberry? Or anything similar? That is my problem lol.

How long are the videos? I don't really have too much free time so if they are fairly short it would be helpful.

The videos are actually long as far as workout videos are concerned but it really flies by when you get going. They are 45min to an hour. Seriously though, its one of my favorite hours of the day. I also ride a bicycle to keep in shape and run in the mornings. My caloric intake (according to my app) is 1411 calories and yikes that's not very much so I work out and it adds some calories to my total, haha!

Check out Loseit.com for the web app...it really works...awesomely!

Haha! Don't feel bad bro, some of those yoga poses and positions are extremely awkward for a beginner! I remember trying the "Morning Salutation" (I think that's it) on WiiFit and face planted the carpet.

I have no idea what any of those poses are called, but they really showed that a) I'm out of shape and b) I am not flexible lol.

I don't think I am going to do this lol. I would prefer if I just did cardio and running and stuff to first get into shape, to then go to this. It's a bit extreme, even for me at 18 0.o

Hey let me just throw this out there...

I have been running, pushups and biking EVERY DAY for 4 months. I just started P90X this week and it is clearly working muscles and making me stronger. I truly can feel that I am getting stronger. A different group of muscles is sore everyday. The Yoga was hard...I only did like 40 min of it, but it was kind of fun and I want to try again to go for longer. I LOVED Kenpo X. Whoot! and the other exercises, I'm working through and knowing that they are making me stronger.

I sweated for an entire hour yesterday, whereas I can only run for like 35 min before I'm beat. And I'm learning balance and gaining strength.

yesterday was a bust... it was dark, shitty and wet outside. I was bored as fuck and went through my old gadget boxes and found my Sony Ericsson c905 phone which I totally forgot how beautiful the 8.1mp camera on this thing. Like I said, it was a dark day and I was in a dark place when I took these images...

playing with fire and my old SE C905 camera phone on Vimeo

PENIS ON FIRE?!?!?

btw, no image editing was done on pictures... everything was all camera phone setting manipulation and lots of boredom LOL

I feel really good but I am still not where I want to be--need to lose 20 more lbs and want to get toned up!

I work out!

Here is me around April of last year. This is the biggest I've ever been. Sucky thing is, this is my Teacher of the Year pic so it's plastered all over the web. Argh!

Here's the new me so far

And still 20lbs to go. Well, we will find out Monday exactly how much more I have to lose ;-)

I've also gone from a size large shirt (and it being somewhat tight) to a lose medium!!
And a size 38 pants to a 34 being too big (don't have any 32s to test out)

I definitely want to be comfortable in a 30 and a medium shirt by the end of it...and more tone and stronger overall.

My arms are still GINORMOUS :-(
