I finally located a most unusual daily driver to pamper my arthritic bones on long trips and it should get decent fuel mileage for a car its size..... Imagine a cherry condition 1995 Cadillac Deville that has had the troublesome 4.6 Northstar V8 engine replaced with its more dependable little sister the 4.0 Aurora V8.... It also has a $5000 professionally built and installed AIR BAG suspension.... The car is setting me back $3000 and the guy is installing new wheel bearings and A/C blower... I can now cruise low in comfort and add a little pressure to the bags when needed to cross over ruts in the road after washouts or entering steep driveways... The smaller engine is 25 HP lower in power but should be fine on the highway... It's a dark bluish green ans looks sinister as a Fairburn Sykes dagger when sitting low... My grandchildren are going to love this and I have $4000 left over from what I'd put aside that goes into more go fast stuff for my Fit.... It's over in Gun Barrel City near where my buddy Amanda lives.... The guy works at a parts store and will let me buy whatever I need for it at his cost... He has a bunch of money into it already and it looks amazing... I called about a 2002 Seville that looked nice on Craigslist but the guy that owned it had the water pump take a shit on one of his employs he let drive it home..After weeks of looking and liking it a lot I figured something better was going to pop up soon or I'd buy a BMW 328i Crimson kind of turned me on to.. I was going to get it today but the owner was in San Antonio on business and I really love Cadillacs... I might throw my Kendrick harp tricked Fender Bassman, harps, microphones and a couple of smaller amps in the huge trunk, put on my High top Madison Blues shoes and start jamming again..

I found and bought a different Cadillac last Saturday.. I need to do a major brake overhaul on it and fix one of the windows that won't roll down.. It's a 1998 Eldorado Sport Coupe with 71000 miles that has been well maintained with exception of the brakes has new looking leather upholstery new tires and not perfect but still very nice paint... I have a repair manual waiting at my private mail box in town and will be getting it and some jack stands to see what all I will need to order to get it legal and on the road...
