Agenda:

1) Swap in Justin's JP Brake pads

My X3E pads are noisy as hell, is really bad now and almost embarassing to drive. He is looking to swing by Etienne's place this weekend, maybe I can swap in my old OEM pads to his car in return for those pads for mine?

2) Noisy freaking belt

Belt is still squealing away after the alternator pulley install, maybe we can have a quick look at that too. I don't see any immediate solution yet.

3) Long Term Disability

Hoping to leave my car in the capable hands of JDMish and ET while I am gone to China. Hoping to get together for a coffee this weekend and discuss the finer details. Will leave you guys with a float of cash to cover your time and expenses.
