Just ran what may be my last autocross event of the year. Had a lot of fun despite it raining all day and the having charge issues with my Go Pro (didn't stay on long enough to record video).

Here are today's final RAW time results.

Shoot, forgot all about my plugs, just realized that these denso are 40-50k mile plugs, I just put 70k on them. Maybe I can regap them? Fit runs fine and I'm still on my original coils.

The last 2 weekends were good.

- Add full contact camber shims to the rear.
- Dialed the camber in. Front -3.3*, Rear -2.8*
- Brake flush.
- Oil change.
- Adjusted coil over perch. The lower perch came loose making the sway bar linkage end go into the tire. Caught it in time before any damage was done.

Next week the car goes back to stock for smog.

Just put on some BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2's and Mobil 1's 15k synthetic oil, and some new rotors.
It's a whole new ball game now!

Nice move on the WR header. I'm looking forward to installing mine in the next month or so.

Nice upgrade. I've decided to make the jump to some Torco SR-5 oil. Can't believe i'm doing a $100 oil change on a Honda haha.

Thank you sir. Of course the $100 oil change is worth it! That's what puts a smile on our faces every time we drive our cars right?

How do you like the product?

Bisi and I had a good conversation at SEMA about boutique oils and their benefits. It was also nice chatting with the Torco guys. Since my shop sells/uses Torco i figured i'd give it a try.

no they are the arm and the blade you have to replace the whole assembly but they look cleaner in my opinion than stock so i don't mind one bit. they are a bit pricy but you should basically never have to replace them lol. (probably last like 5 years)
google Aero Vogue PIAA

Doh! I guess the weapon r header is back ordered until February. That seems to happen a lot with the GD and I assume its because it was only available for 2 yrs in 07-08? Annoying.

My oil Temps used to be high and the pressure was lower than I wanted when it was super hot outside. Switch to this oil and have had no problems. I'm sure it's just because of weight but works for me so I'm good to go. Costs me around 10-12 dollars a quart. I'm doing oil changes every other track event.
