What did you do to the GD Fit today?
Thanks man, yea the roads aren't too too terrible over here.. also going with 16's soon which will get me a little higher.
Dude, that is killer, that is the look I wanted since I added the flares on my ride. Can you tell me how you made yours?

Cut both rear metal fenders today. Rubbing has stopped a lot. No more rubbing on bumps ever 2 seconds heheh tape is temporarily covering the fenders until I have someone weld it back together. Do I still have rubbing issues? Very minimal. Well finish the front fenders Monday and start working on them door dings, I got plenty of those. Looking forward to making me a front and probably a rear splitter. I like the voltex rear diffuser made for the wrx but I don't know.
All done. Super stoked

Looking roomy!

Same routine, different time of the month.
Took the trusty GD to autocross and had a blast as always. Finally got the GoPro working again!

Door dings aren't done but this is what they look like.

Riding 16x8 +10 offset, 205/45/16 tires. Thinking of 195/40/16 tires when I'm due. 56.1 hub centric 1.25 wheel spacers, 28" length/ 2.35 width fender flares. Cutting is required to fenders and fender flares to have everything fit properly. Plus, depending on ride height, I would not go lower then 1.8 to 2 inches front and 1.5 in the rear to avoid constant rubbing. I'm on tanabe DF210 1.8 front / 1.5 rear. Probably sagged and settled around 2.0 front / 1.6 or 1.7-8 rear. Honestly I love the look now. would love it more after I can make that front splitter like the other guy but if I do, I will leave mines a tad wider kinda go with the wider stance of the tires. Probably work on it soon hopefully heheh

Looks amazing man cant believe your only riding on springs that's awesome, do you have a facebook?
I don't know how that stuff is gold up here in New England.
Ah, I didn't notice you live in Texas, no wonder you weren't thinking about rust. :P Even so, I'd hit the bare metal with something, anything (e.g. a can of Rustoleum) just so it's not bare metal. POR15 might be overkill for your climate.
Installed Spoon Sports rigid collars for the front subframe and got an alignment.
It actually feels quite nice. It's subtle, but the car feels much more... clean/crisp?
Either way, I'm pretty happy with them. Now if only the rear ones fit...

Removed rear seats, why.....because, no ones back there and plus, the vehicle, feels a lot lighter at the rear section now. Did this in the past with my 98 civic EX coupe and the seats in the civic did not weigh as much as the Fit does, wow.
Finally got the new suspension installed the other day. Looking forward to racing on it this weekend.
- Motion Control Suspension 2 way non-remote
- Swift springs (reg and helper) F 12K, R 18K
- Cusco pillow ball mounts
- PSI bumpstops
- OE hardware custom tailor to fit
Here are a few photos of the suspension on the car and the springs compassed/full droop.

Found some free time this weekend and changed out the old bulbs in my map light to LEDs. I also did the same for my cargo light.
The difference is huge! It's almost too bright... but I'm glad I finally got around to doing it. Such a cheap mod but it goes a long way.
