What did you do to the GD Fit today?
I daily mine with those mounts. The rattling noise is subjective to each persons definition. Personally I can deal with the added vibration and noise. Took the car for a 9 hour road trip and it didn't bother me.
I have the red, but I've never had the black and can't compared the two. I'd imagine that the black mounts would be stiffer than the reds and would therefore vibrate more. I almost daily my Fit, but I can't have anyone else in it with me because it's so loud. I don't know if it's because of the mounts, the turbo, or both. All I know is that it is way louder than when it was naturally aspirated.
Got my fit back today, will try my best to make a video tomorrow...Yes it vibrates and yes the dash makes all kinds of noise...Its hard to hear my aftermarket spoon exhaust over the engine noise. It does seem faster since my stock mounts were shot, and the new struts help...now for the m2 springs, cant say much for now, but the car being lower seems to help on the turns :P I might gut the car later :/ P.S. shifting in S mode seems better as well.

Got new tires today. Went with 185-55-16 which replaced some crappy 205-45-16s and what a difference. Never ever again will I ever cheap out on tires. I got in a bad car wreck a month ago which nearly killed me and almost totalled the fit after my car lost control and hydroplaned going down a curvy road. Got the Fit back this week and after replacing the tires I fell back in love with the Fit.

It makes me miss the brief time I ran the Spoon catback (N1 Axle Back and B-pipe) on mine. Nice, meaty sounding exhaust for our cars.
Wait until you start swap out the stock cat for a resonated (or non-resontated) test pipe... Then things get LOUD!

Here's mine on the dyno with the Spoon catback, Megan resonated test pipe and T1R response header.

WASSAP FIT FREAK!!!!
OG Member checking in, owned an '07 Tafetta Base back in '08 or so. Just bought my second Fit for the GF, this time a BOM '07 Sport with 81k miles
It's aged pretty well. Came with a stack of Maintenance records, had ALOT (if not, all) of the recalls done, front wheel bearings, battery etc
Bumpers arent in the best cond from bumping into things from the last owner
Since I've had it, it's had an oil change, LED interior lights, 5k HIDS on the fogs, tires are changed to Kumho Ecstas in 205-50-15. Also just changed the front pads to StopTech Pads and had to replace the front passenger caliper because it was seized.
She needs an alignment and should be good for a while (knock on wood)
