Did some general maintenance: oil change, car wash and filled all my tires. Exciting I know!

Today my fit got a CIPA 36500 rear view mirror installed! It was much easier than I expected. Less than three hours to completion.

i could probably write one up. not sure if i have ALL the pics, but i have enough for someone to follow. it's not an awful procedure, mostly just nerve racking thinking about sticking your headlights in a hot oven. i'll work on getting it written up in the next couple days. as far as parts, morimoto mini h1's and gatling gun 2.0 shrouds from TRS.com. here's a pic on the car from today!

KC: Thanks!

Syne: That's pretty neat. I'd do that too just for the auto dimming and temp sensor. But if I did, I wouldn't be able to attach the Spoon wide angle mirror though. Oh well, more food for thought later.

Subie: I think if I brought with me, the 22in. Feb.'11 Chicago snowstorm here to Kirkland, WA, with all its hills, it would be complete mayhem. =D Crossing my fingers that crazy freak snowstorms didn't follow me here. ::rubs rabbit foot::

Thanks for the info. I'm looking forward to your DIY post. What is the $ figure on all these parts? Thanks again.

I spoke to a Clazzio rep at SEMA and it looks like I'll be getting leather seats soon for super cheap.

We're also going to do some other fun stuff with the car: retrofit to end all retrofits (see thread in the illumination forum), mugen lip, sport grille with LED bars for auxiliary lighting, black roof, darker tint, axis styling tails, etc.

We have install guides on our site under the "Resources" tab.

The Mini D2S kit with Gatling 2.0s is $295 shipped in the US. The D2S projector fits into the Fit's H4 socket without any work and alignment is even pre-set!

Are you guys going to be offering this as a kit and maybe a discount for fellow Fit owners?
Saw that in the other thread and really want to do something very similiar. Parts list? any DIY in the making?

Nice!!!!!!!
Where'd you get them? and how much?

This weekend I got around to doing the "Ground Improvement" mod as shown by Roger's Fit, and immediately after I installed my NEW LED Keyring (similiar to the World One - blinking red=locked solid blue=unlocked) which I had to wait 4+ weeks for it to clear customs.
But I finally have a working one after ~3 yrs. We'll see how long this one lasts...

Is this a common problem on the Fit?

I tried to get my windows clean. There are little pieces of lint (I think) stuck on them from window-washing, even though I used a glass towel. Surely a glass-cleaning microfiber and Megs glass cleaner wouldn't scratch the windows? It's like the glittery spots are magnetized! -))
