Thanks Wais! I'm kind of learning more towards non-CF now so I'm definitely painting my spoiler someday too haha.

Realized my front brake rotors are totally rusted, never seen another one of my cars do this before so I took the opportunity to order some new rotors, pads, and fluid

Went with the Centric Rotors, Hawk pads, and Motul 600 RBF

Car has around 33k miles on it so probably a good time to upgrade anyway

Hondas are notorious for rusty rotors. My integra is always like that. Your new brake set will be awsome. That's the same setup I will be going with also as soon as my brakes wear.

Just got a set of 15 inch 2010 original honda fit /jazz alloy wheels fitted to my jazz. The wheels weigh 15.5 kilograms . My original 16 inch (185. 55. 16) weighed 17.8 kilograms. There is definitely a difference in acceleration. Those people who posted about rotational mass are correct .I'm just waiting to give the car a long run to see how the mpg is .I know it won't handle as good as the 16's as I'm using 175. 65.15 tyres .fuel consumption matters to me and I don't drive very fast around the curve in the road , so its a plus for me also considering the 16 inch wheels cost a lot more to replace .

Well, I've been trying to keep my build under wraps during this terrible winter. I can't wait any longer so here it is. A few things have changed since this photo was taken, but nothing major. More low coming soon, and my bumper will be fixed by this weekend. Check my build thread in a couple weeks for a full update. It doesn't hurt to follow me on Instagram either, @fitthestance, for the most current progress.

No not at all, just turn the the bulb housing and stick a 194 LED in it. Its a pain to remove so i suggest using pliers for the first time then after it will just twist off.

Thanks man. I have Function and Form Type 2 coilovers. Wheels are 17x8 +30 Rotiform NUE's powdercoated candy teal. I have 195/40 tires in the front and 205/40's in the rear but they rub horribly so I ordered the same 195's for the rears.

I made a minor purchase today for my FIT, I ordered some window visors and also currently looking to tint my windows. For the window film I am looking at Llumar but its kind of pricey compared to the "cheaper" brand. You guys got any knowledge on Llumar window film? Is it worth the extra money?

Nice setup, I don't understand going lower than that, looks fine to me!

Thanks

Offset is +47mm, 17x7 rim. The fronts are perfect, but the rears definitely needed the spacers! Much happier with the way it looks now

Is this more than the usual overnight rust that you see on most rotors on any car? My Caravan has rusty rotors mostly when it is wet. After a couple of stops the rust is gone. I suspect your Fit is the same. Check them after stopping a few times.

That was cheap. I broke a rear sensor when my Dodge garage rushed and did not disconnect it before dropping the rear. My Honda techy replaced it under warranty. It would have been around $200
