What did you do to your GE fit today?
Ouch...couldn't wait for a GK?
What I did to the Fit: Left San Diego for a mini-vacay to San Francisco. Drove 7 hours, averaged 39mpg
and I was going 70-85 depending on the traffic. Before the trip, I got my windshield replaced due to a long crack and got Hankook Ventus v2 concept2 tires for my OZ Ruote rims.
Loved the Fit for the road trip! My back didn't hurt either (and I'm on Apexi' coils all the way down). Overall, a great experience with the Fit.
Lombard St. FTW!

That being said, last few days have been driving me nuts... sudden urge to get the GK myself. But, with all the mods I did, I don't want to get rid of my GE. I mean, why did I bother with all these mods just to get of the car so soon afterwards? Well, to keep myself from thinking about it too much, I set up a specific condition... if I could get the GK with manual trans, factory navi AND OE (Honda) remote starter, then I would do it. Around the time I bought my GE, one dealership actually offered to get a Sport w/Navi WITH manual trans, so I wonder if it might be possible to order such a configuration. But Honda doesn't offer remote starter accessory for the manual trans, so that should hold me at bay for a while. Not sure why they aren't adopting something similar to what Viper (DEI) did for the remote starters on manual trans.

edit: maybe Honda remote starter isn't such a good idea. I rather like the Viper's features over OE. Especially the opening the door without killing the engine part.

Haha all kidding aside, your car looks great bro!

Cleaned up my UltraGauge install. Now instead of the wire going across the top of the steering column and down through a zip tied bundle to the OBD port, it tucks neatly into the steering column shroud and pops back out at the OBD port.
I don't think he ever intended on getting the GK in the first place.

Just received my new wheels with the TPMS sensors already installed and now just gotta find out if I need to got to the dealership to get them programmed for my 13' fit! I also gotta get my K&N installed also too so I got something to keep me happy and excited for a while!
Intake won't take long to install ha. And I'm pretty sure any good tire shop can program the TPMS for you. I mean they usually offer aftermarket/replacement sensors so I assume they can program them.
Yeah that's what I hope and hopefully I only have to have them programmed once so I don't have to have either set of wheels reprogrammed because I plan on using the stock wheels with my winter tires for winter only, so all i have to do is change the wheels with no mounting and balancing every time! It'll save some cash in the long run.

Instead, i would recommend buying the ATEQ TPMS Quickset. Last i check, it can reprogram the IDs into the ECU. The only thing is, it can't trigger the TPMS modules to broadcast or more importantly, grab the IDs (even if they are triggered), so you need to have someone grab the IDs for you. But once you have it, you can swap back and fourth anytime you want. Oh, but it can read any IDs already in the ECU.
I got my Enkei's programmed at the dealer for $90 and that was under the expectation of doing it regularly for summer/winter sets. Normally the charge would be $120. The Quickset costs
If i were to swap back to my stock wheels, I'd do that.
Everytime you switch tire sets, you need to reprogram them in. The ecu only stores one set of TPMS IDs. If you don't reprogram them in, you won't be able to disable VSA.

If you find another company, or get in contact with them let me know.
I got the ATEQ, and for the most part it works, but it is tempermental at times.
Some people have had success with reprogramming TPMS using one of those Honda HDS systems from ebay.
