excellent writeup, doesn't look like you'd want to swap out the front suspension often. If they push the strut towers back anymore we'll be taking out the dashboard, LOL

if your not tracking i wouldn't even do coilover. waste of money if
if you ask me. but then again it's all preference. just my .02

may be soon. can you make one for me. i'm not good at it?

as for the 17"s not sure if they will rub but also i'm experiencing
problems with them. long story but i don't think they have
any life left it them anymore.

i was thinking of just getting the OEM ones refinished in the same
color. what do you think?

Great write-up Niko! What's your ride experience or comparison from stock to aftermarket springs? Let us know. I'm seriously looking into DIY. Pics are great with conservative drop and nothing too wild. My concern is inside wear from either front or rear tires. Do you have any uneven wear since the DIY? Thanks again for DIY!

+Rep for the exhaustive ride-height photos alone! This is an extremely high-quality writeup; should be the standard comparison for all DIY posts on FF!

1LegitFit the drop is exactly what i wanted. the ride is even better.
these springs are only 10% stiffer than OE.
IMHO the ride feels the same and looks a whole lot better.
also the wear still looks normal. nothing out of the ordinary.
the only major effect is that it puts a big smile on my face.
which i like
