Very nice drop! How is the ride and handling compare to the stock GE8s?
Where did your buy it from and price? TIA for the feedback.

Same with the DF's, they feel just like stock.

Nice looking dropped cars. Great work, guys! How is the ride quality with DF's when the car is loaded with 4 or 5 passengers?

Not sure as I haven't had that many people in my car but I've had as much weight as 4 passnegers and the car drove exactly the same, just slower obviously. IMO ride quality from stock has no changed 0 percent. But maybe I'm just not too good at noticing this stuff.

[quote=niko3257;479216]one very important thing not to forget.
make sure you cut these off.
one on the left is for the fronts
the one on the right is for the rears.

Thanks for a terrific write up. I've never installed my own springs. How do you know how short to cut off the bump stops?

For those who have had a nearly impossible time getting the front bump stops out of the black accordian sleeve..........

I just sprayed them with silicone, did a little prying with a screw driver to work the silicone in, then the bump stop came out of the accordian sleeve pretty easy. Before I did that it seemed like it would be a loooong night.

I cut 1.5 inches front and back.

Have you measured the final drop after the springs settled?

RS*R's shouldn't settle any. They come 'pre-settled' I guess is the word. My tanabes didn't settle more than .10" I'd say. You won't notice the difference anyways.
