Clutchmasters

Clutchmasters will hook you up. I have two stage 4 kits from them for my GK. One with a lightened flywheel that doesn't work due to the misfire code it throws (they warned me it would happen, I thought I could tune it out with my ktuner but that option is not available for the fit just yet). If you just call them they are responsive and know what they're talking about... I'm sure the stage 1 would be pretty tame...

Thanks for the information... If I proceed with it I'll probably post something about it to let everyone know how it went. Also, too bad about that flywheel, if you get it resolved let us know please.

Attached a pdf for starter replacement. Torque values:
Large bolt - 48ft-lb
Small bolt - 33ft-lb
Electrical nut - 6.6ft-lb

Good luck fitting a torque wrench on any but the large bolt. I had to use a universal to reach the electrical nut and small bolt. Large bolt I was able to torque.

Also beware of possible mismatch between factory starter and 3rd party. Specifically the plastic shroud around the electrical nut had to be angled exactly right for the ring terminal to fit in it, and the plastic is not adjustable to my knowledge. I got two different brands and both were angled wrong and I could not fit the ring terminal because there is no slack on the wire to angle the terminal more. I used a burr grinding bit on a dremel to form it the way I needed. Wasted a whole day on the stupid starter because of this mismatch.

Specs for Main Bearings and Conrod Bearings.

Hello.
I need the wall thickness and housing diameter specifications for the main bearings and conrod bearings of the L15B1 engine.
Or if anyone has the repair manual in PDF.
Could you help me?
Thanks a lot.
