Some say it prevents sand and dust from building up on the wiper blade, and that it allows you to make pecker jokes. All we know is, it's called JDM.
A lot of people have been asking me about this.

This is one of my MOST fav. mods on my car, why? because before when i had the wiper horizontal all the dust would collect on the blade and when i would use it to wipe my window in the morning all it did was cause more dirtiness on my window leaving streaks of mud. (yes mud, cause of the morning dew+dust=muddy windows.) So now that it sits vertical, no dust and no mud. and its +2 style points :P
