MUCH better than an ETD. go to innovative mounts they'll hook you up. I have the prototype ones on my car they are awesome.

I'm sure the motor mounts are great, but i wanted to know if the etd WILL be in the clear or not, so i can remove it BEFORE i get the sc and not waste any time

I think Honda's 109 crank hp rating is possibly bunk? For that power level, one should expect about m/t 97whp, and a/t 85 whp. But it's more like 92 and 80, respectively. So I think they are off by about 5hp. It's a 104 crank hp motor?

Or look at it from this angle. The a/t has a 27% drivetrain loss? That's approaching AWD drive train loss, if the motor is actually 109 crank hp.

I mean, if the sc adds ~30%, and you still don't exceed crank rating, something is overrated...

Does KW test with California gas or Texas gas?

Honda is cheating on its tachymeter/speedmeter, why not on its engine specs!
It has become a standard to do so. Hunday and Mazda have been found guilty of doing so just a few years ago.

IMO, forced induction only takes the engine output to where it really should belong!

Has anybody actually dyno'd an a/t fit @ 80whp or less? I think if any # is bogus, it's that one...
All i know is with a few mods I already have, m/t can be pushing 160+ (~74% increase) with the SC. Meaning according to your numbers, with minor upgrades, you a/t guys will reach 140 with the SC no problem.

WTF do you mean with a few mods you have 160+? Care to share what you have on that Fit to give it 160+ without the s/c or nitrous.

im sorry i should rephrase that. the base kit dyno'd @ 121 right? chris said all he has is headers/test pipe/cat back and he's at 165. i meant simple mods such as exhaust ON TOP of the SC...

First I want to see that 165 whp dyno...
Second, yes the a/t saps a lot of power!
a/t losses are often near double m/t losses.

Is Chris' or the Jacksons' word not good enough for you? Anyway, they're releasing dynos of various setups in the very near future, we'll see what the final #'s look like soon... Let them settle you down before either of us make any more assumptions and send the thread to hell.
...or learn how to drive stick

I have to say that i give the oscar's mad props for shoe-horning the sc in our tiny engine bay. Every time i look in there i'm like WTF how did they do it!? The ABS lines and A/C lines alone really limit the space where that big ass pulley is supposed to be. plus loking at the pics in the latest syphon mag (they show a pic of the sc mounted to the engine which is removed fromt the vehicle) i just can't seem to figure out how the damn piping and the sc itself fits.

But apparently it does because chris has been driving around with one for a long while now. whoever gets this damn thing in there car better put up mad pics (please).

Chris have you gotten your car back yet? can you post some please. Why was it there anyway?

wao... its too pooor.... cuz the T1R can pass 15 PSI with any kit. I know that for this PSI i have to mod the car, but you know... you dont have to buy another turbo kit. . for Supercharger... you have to buy another turbo kit if you have this PSI.
